Simon was recommended by my sister and husband. I had a problem with the ridge tiles, he came along quoted me a price and a week later the ridge tiles were replaced by an excellent team, also solved a further issue for me. I would definitely use Ark Roofers again.

When we needed the lead flashing on our lower roof to be replaced, we didn't know which company to contact, as we had previously heard horror stories of companies arriving and advising that unnecessary additional work needed to be carried out that hadn't been budgeted for. However, when we read the reviews for Ark Roofing, we were so impressed with the comments, that we rang Simon for a quote. He arrived promptly at the agreed time the following day, a price was agreed and his team arrived to carry out the work five days later. They were courteous and professional at all times and we are so pleased with the results that we have requested Simon to quote us for a replacement glass roof for our conservatory. I contacted Simon and he came round to give me a quote on a leaking flat roof. The quote price was as expected. Due to the weather his team could not do the repair on my flat roof straight away, but as soon as the weather improved and he could fit my repair in he sent his team round. 3 of them came and i could not fault them. They were all polite and kept me informed. The job was completed in a day but a a small area was missed. As soon as i spoke to Simon the day after when he came to take payment he understood and sorted the missed area straight away with no issues and before i had to pay. His team came round within half an hour and fixed the missed area. Brilliant. All rubbish was cleared from my drive as promised and the flat roof looks so good now. I was let down by 2 other 'roofing companies' who left my roof with a significant leak, before I found Ark Roofing. Simon's team quickly identified the problem and resolved it and also inspected the rest of the roof and made good some other issues. Called Allen about some broken roof tiles. Despite it being the holiday period, he was out the next morning to fix it for us. Very friendly and professional, had the job done within 30 min. I'd definitely recommend him.

We have had numerous small issues with our roof since purchasing a new property and Alan has arrived with short notice and proven to be very reliable. Each small job has been complicated in itself however Alan has professionally repaired all the issues and given good advice for remedial work ongoing. I recently had an orangery built by Safehands construction,and I am absolutely delighted with it. The proprietor,Marcus Longsdale,was extremely helpful, courteous ,and nothing was to much trouble for him.His team were conscientious,and hardworking. On completion ,the site was left clean and tidy.

These guys are amazing. They came at short notice and fitted me in for a full garage roof replacement, removing old leaking steel sheets and replacing with a complete new watertight and lovely looking new roof in two days. They cleaned up all the waste and even fitted in a soffit replacement on the house. They are lovely guys, lots of happy banter and you can just tell how much pride and attention to detail they put into their work. I am so so so happy with the new roof, not only is it watertight, it looks absolutely lovely and has transformed my garage completely. I cannot recommend this company enough and am so grateful to have found them.

Very pleased with our new warm roof suggested by Jono as a solution for our poorly insulated single storey extension which meant that the kitchen was always significantly colder than the rest of the house. Work was carried out tidily and efficiently while we were out at work with no mess left behind.

My flat roof was in a bad way and leaking badly. I had a few quotes which varied from £700 upwards. Some of the quotes appeared to be ridiculous and unrealistic. I finally made my choice of Jono and partners. What personable gentlemen. They came to my home and quoted me for the job and scaffolding. This was given in writing which made me feel comfortable in their practices, proving that they were not afraid to put money where their mouth is. Trust was both ways as no money was requested upfront. They trusted me to pay on completion and i trusted them to do a fantastic job. Scaffolding went up and in two days a new flat roof was under way. I asked Jono for proof of work by means of photos from start to finish. Jono delivered everything I asked and I was shocked at the state of my crumbling roof. After a full day's work my roof had been transformed accompanied with new facias. I was ecstatic with the end result as Jono delivered on his promise. For anyone reading this don't look any further. Your choice is Jono. You want a good job then I suggest you give him a call. I had two cowboys before Jono as there are too many people out there to take your money. Fortunately Jono is legitimate and honest restoring my faith in tradesmen.

Had seen the work of these guys , as they did the the roof of my friends who live across from us . They have now done a brilliant job on our roof , including repointing both chimneys and replacing all architraves and gutterings and down pipes .They we’re very good with keeping everything clean and tidy too . We have no hesitation in highly recommending them to anyone who needs a new roof or repairs . Nice people too, so that’s an added bonus .

I caused a slight delay trying to get a solar panel company to fit brackets. Danny was very patient and in the end fitted the brackets for me. Not many companies will go the extra mile like that. Can’t recommend GB Roofing enough. Gav really knows his stuff. We had issues with our roof lining which has been sorted and various repairs all over. Will be using for a full reroof eventually but for now we are water tight. We have used on several occasions and wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Staff are punctual, polite and very trust worthy.
