I started my maths journey with Sandra as an adult after failing Maths when at school and feeling very uncertain about my maths capabilities. Sandra was very patient and made everything seem so simple. She started with the basics and made a really strong foundation to build onto the more complex and abstract maths. Going into the exam I felt very confident and actually finished the non calculator exam in 30 minutes ( I should have listened to Sandra and took the advance paper) and achieved a top grade 5! Thanks to Sandra helping me to achieve a maths GCSE not only will I be starting a nursing degree in a few weeks time but I have also found a love for maths which has inspired my teenage daughter, who I also hope will be a student of Sandra. With a structured approach and a great understanding of our son’s needs and how to make him tick we saw a big improvement in his confidence and attitude to the subject.
