The gentleman was very helpful and discussed everything he was looking for and going to do. He turned up and did exactly what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. Very reasonable price for his services too and most importantly the issue we and my neighbours had has now been resolved. Would highly recommend.

As a couple, & as a family, the last few years have been incredibly difficult following my wife's very serious health problems. So to discover we had an issue with rats & mice in our home, really did feel like the end of the world, & the last straw for us. We both have a severe phobia of vermin, so the effect on our mental health & the impact on our lives has been indescribable. I gave David a call in the desperate hope that he might be able to help us, & I'm just so pleased I did. David listened to our problem & quickly arranged to visit our home. Nothing seemed too much trouble for him. He quickly assessed the problem, worked out a plan of action, & set about resolving the issue for us in a polite, friendly & very professional manner. David explained everything to us, and kept in touch after his visits, to update us & to reassure us that he would definitely solve our problem, which was very reassuring. Called DG Pest Control in to deal with a problem and received a visit that same day. A thorough inspection was carried out and the appropriate actions taken to deal with the issue. Overall, Dave made 5 visits and at each one, he explained exactly what he was doing and why. Ultimately, the treatments were successful and Dave made good the entry points to prevent future problems. I can't fault the service or communication received and would definitely call them again if needed.
