I rang up today , as myself and my husband came across a wasp nest in our shed. And I spoke with a very nice polite lady, and explained what we had come across. She sent Trevor out to deal with it and he was a very nice polite chap. We was completely impressed with their professionalism. We highly recommend this business. Superb Company- Having made contact with the office - Damien (Pest Controller) was on site that afternoon as promised. “Suffering” - from a sudden rat infestation in my garage- he explained what was needed in a very professional manner and with his knowledge and experience - orchestrated a way to clear the area. I was delighted that literally within days - there was no longer any sign of rats - and since his initial visit - none have returned. I should also add that following his first visit - Damien returned on two later occasions simply to check on the area - without my request for him to do so. I would highly recommend the services of this company and staff.

Andy undertook bird proofing work on our solar panels. He arrived promptly at our previously arranged time. Discussed what needed to be done. Assessed number of panels to be proofed. Efficiently proceeded to complete work requested. We were subsequently sent a report with photographs of the work he had undertaken. Very professional. Highly recommended. We will definitely call on Andy again if further pest control work is required.

As business owners in the countryside we do get various pest issues that need to be dealt with and Andy and his team are always there for us when needed. We have used them for many years now. They have helped us with rats, wasps, moles and more. If it is a pest then they can deal with it for you. Andy is brilliant and the guys that work with him are equally as good. We have a maintenance contract with them and they keep an eye on everything for us.

We had a large wasp nest in our outside kitchen. Dean responded to my call promptly and visited the following day. He sprayed the nest and advised me that within 2 - 4 hours the activity of the wasps would have calmed down and that within 24 -48 hours the nest would be dead. Exactly as he described there were only a few wasps to be seen within 4 hours and there is no longer any activity. Brilliant service and lovely person to deal with.

We had roosting pigeons under our solar panels and it wasn’t just the disturbance early in a morning, it was the mess caused by their excrement in the gutters and on the patio. We contacted Topline and they were very responsive, carried out a site visit, explained everything they could do, what method and materials they would use (shown samples) and how they would do the job. Nice people to deal with and they also organised scaffolding that would be required. Again, the scaffolding firm they use from Retford we’re extremely professional and friendly. Despite weather issues, the job went really smoothly and the results were excellent - no more roosting pigeons and associated mess. Great teams, great job and value for money too.

The gentleman was very helpful and discussed everything he was looking for and going to do. He turned up and did exactly what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. Called DG Pest Control in to deal with a problem and received a visit that same day. A thorough inspection was carried out and the appropriate actions taken to deal with the issue. Overall, Dave made 5 visits and at each one, he explained exactly what he was doing and why. Ultimately, the treatments were successful and Dave made good the entry points to prevent future problems. I can't fault the service or communication received and would definitely call them again if needed.

Fantastic service I had a problem with rats in my workshop and was concerned about the damage they mite be causing as I had found some chewed wires , we called swat pest control after a friend recommended them to me. Following a surveyors report highlighting a woodworm infestation, we contacted S.W.A.T pest control. Jeff came the next day and inspected the loft and confirmed the infestation, he explained the best form of treatment required in a way that was clear to understand. We arranged a suitable date to carry out the work required as discussed. Jeff & his colleague arrived at the time & date agreed. They carried out the work professionally, they respected our property and left the area clean & tidy. We found Jeff to be polite and knowledgeable and would not hesitate to recommend S.W.A.T to anyone.

Came out quickly and assessed the job. We’d already patched up some entry holes around the property; they walked round both ours and neighbours to check for any other possible entry points. They laid some UV powder down to check for any activity - thankfully there was non on a later check up. Both we’re extremely friendly and professional would recommend.

Andy responded to carry out an assessment of the area of concern. His expertise identified the issues straight away allowing the swift treatment. His relaxed nature and ability to effectively communicate what was going on a why, how to deal with issue, and prevent a recurrence was excellent and reassuring. I thought I had a wasps nest so called PESTCOTEK last night around 7.30pm. Andy said he would be with me the next morning to have a look and give me a quote. He was true to his word and very quickly identified that my 'wasps' were in fact honey bees and explained very knowledgeably that the swarm I had witnessed was the worker bees protecting the vulnerable queen bee as she relocated. Who knew? 🙂 He said that the stragglers should disperse in the next few days but if I had any problems to call him.
