Played their Seniors Open. The event was extremely well run, carpark marshals, course marshals, half way refreshment hut etc. Greens in great nick and course we'll maintained. Still a few soft patches off the fairways but these look to be drying out quickly.
Tucked away among residential streets in the middle of Harrogate is this gem of a course. We played in the height of summer and it was in lovely condition, others have said it's wet in the winter. The signature holes are the par three 9th and par four 18th, both play over a stone walled brook which sends anything short to a watery grave. The 18th in particular is a magic golf hole. You won't be disappointed.
Great course, greens were incredibly quick with well maintained fairways and a beautiful club house with great food and a well stocked pro shop!!
Oakdale the course was a good test off golf some lovely holes, I would recommend a buggy very hilly in parts very good club house good food and staff would definitely play again, we played second week in September the weather was sunny and dry, parkland course best to play in the summer ☀️
