Course in great condition, greens were very good, pace of play was slow though, tee'd off at 4:15pm on Thursday and didn't finish until 8:30pm, considering it was 28c, way too long.

WOW what a track ! First time visiting Sandhill’s and certainly won’t be my last, this is a gem of a course with a superb layout. I particularly enjoyed the challenging greens, majority had some great undulations on and were tricky to read, but I personally like that. The fairways were immaculate as were the greens. Very warm welcome in the pro shop and the food and drink in the clubhouse were also first class. TRY THIS COURSE, thank me later 😎
Played on a Sunday evening, very quiet. Unfortunately didn’t play the full 18 due to losing daylight, but the 11 holes we did play were fantastic, for £20 you can’t go wrong. Course was well maintained, greens were pure, the bunkers actually had sand in them and not concrete like most courses in South Yorkshire. Will definitely be returning to play a full 18.
Refreshing to see a course provide actual recycling bins and not just a metal can that’s half burnt out. Sand boxes to repair divots on par 3 tee boxes was a nice touch as well (can’t say many people have used them) but still a nice touch to have and shows the owners do care about the maintenance of the course.
Awesome course brilliant greens.staff awesome, special mention for Nicola everywhere and couldn't do enough.my mate Ant especially enjoyed the Warm Pork scratchings.will be back.
