Mark was excellent. Very patient and encouraging. In the space of half an hour he gave two invaluable tips to help me cure the dreaded slice. On to the range now to put Mark's tips to work.

We celebrated a work do here, and it was truly unforgettable. The manicured grounds are nothing short of spectacular—perfect for photos or a leisurely stroll between events. Inside, the interior is elegant and thoughtfully designed, striking the ideal balance between grandeur and warmth. And the food was simply outstanding: each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Overall, Moor Park delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish.

I went for a mendi party. Place was easy to find, and there was plenty of parking available. Light food and drinks were served in the various function rooms.

Had a fantastic time playing the High Course. The fairways and greens were in decent condition and the pace of play was smooth. Big thanks to Ben who went above and beyond - my last minute booking was handled efficiently and he also gave me a tour of the beautiful clubhouse. Looking forward to coming back to play the West Course next time.

We were delighted to capture a wedding at the stunning Moor Park recently and in terms of wedding venues in and around London, this is the place to get married. It had everything you could wish for and more! Great food, kind staff, beautiful views and more. Thank you guys for all your help on the day - it was much appreciated.

Very nice course, greens true and a decent pace. The 4 seasons weather didnt spoil our experience. Meal afterwards was nice and a beer topped off a good day. Only negative is parking as very difficult as area small. Fortunately ladies were just finishing their rounds and some spots were then available.

Nice and tranquil place to play golf with some interesting parkland type holes which will challenge you. Friendly staff and good food.

Played a 36 hole society early July 2024 . Weather has been recently poor but the course has stood up very well.Greens and fairways in very good condition.The course has a variety of designs,well bunkered with heavy rough where you really shouldn't be and ditches to punish.This course is a haven within the M25 but in ULEZ. Food, changing rooms service all very good. Car park small compared to some but better than many. I would be very happy to play again

Hosted our reunion lunch and did a fantastic job. Excellent food, great bar, very helpful people and all at a reasonable prices. Highly recommended for your function. Managed nearly 100 people very comfortably.

I played there yesterday with the Building Alliance Golfing Society. Staff were excellent was was the reception we received and the food we were served. Course looked great considering that we are not yet in summer. No negative comments from all 58 of us. The greens were good and I suspect frighteningly faster in the summer. Great bunkers with really good fair sand, great viciously raked. It’s difficult to loose a ball as the rough is kept in control. Very enjoyable experience.

Nice open course, not too difficult, greens are fast, course is beautifully kept. Not too many hazards, and generally open fairways. Great facilities at the club. Very expensive to play though

A fantastic course. Impeccable greens, well kept fairways with decent tees, plus nice sand in the bunkers. A nice setup for all the holes with good challenges, but nothing too difficult. So great for most level of golfers. I wouldn't recommend getting buggies though as they must remain on the cart path. In some ways that's good as it keeps the fairways in good nick, however, there can be more walking and time spent to get the right club. The service was brilliant from conversations with Tom who dealt with all my groups needs and making it perfect for the day, with Alice who looked after all of us brilliantly. There was a lot of nice little touches - with individual gold name tags for our bags, a lovely pouch with The Grove tees and pitch repair. Alice made sure my cakes were cut up and ready at the halfway house before hole 10, and took a load of nice pictures of us on the first tee. Really impressed with the overall experience with a big Thank You to Tom and Alice who made my 50th really unforgettable.

It's a must. The staff were fantastic the reception I got was out of this world from start to finish. Other than the 22 mile per hour winds we had to play in. The course was fantastic. Also after your game. They're clean your clubs shoes. Various other things it was just amazing. Thank you to the Grove and all the staff it was amazing experience. And we'll definitely. Will be coming. again.

I was really quite surprised with the location of this course. I traveled through a really busy Watford town center, turned a couple of corners and then find the course tucked behind a residential estate. However having arrived at the clubhouse it feels miles from anywhere, and was really quiet to play on. The club house was really clean and well maintained. Following the path around behind the club towards the pro shop and first tee you pass a really expansive putting green and a smaller chipping area. I played using a discount voucher so thought it great value but I'm not sure if the standard pay and play fee is such a good deal. I arrived a bit late so didn't have time to use the practice range but managed to hit a few balls in the practice nets before having a quick putt. The putting green gave a good indication of the greens in general and although they were a bit slower than I'm used to they were true with and in good condition providing a consistent roll. The course itself is a friendly parkland course with pretty much all the holes playing as you see them with not too many challenges. The whole course is tree lined with some scrub in places causing the odd lost ball. The fairways are actually all pretty wide and were in a great condition (and just for a change i managed to hit most of them!). As for the greens they were all fairly friendly with not too many challenging pin placements or horrible breaks to contend with. The best hole for me was the short par 4 8th which runs down hill towards a dip on the left with trees on the right. Not being a big hitter it gave me a nice lay up approach wood for a pitch onto the green. The only hole to let the course down was the 16th which is a par 3 playing a blind shot down to a cratered green over a well placed marker. It has a very generous landing area and despite having shot my approach well right of target, I was still left with a greenside pitch onto the putting surface having expected to be in the rough. Overall a very nice course not overly challenging. Probably the best thing was at the end of the day having finished and being able to see the members and juniors making the most of the practice area. Clearly a family friendly club with good facilities and a course that would suit most golfers and as of this moment in great condition.

One of my favourite local courses and arguably one of the best. It plays better in winter than most given the sandy sub soil. It’s an inland links and when the wind is up it can really feel like a true links. Condition is always outstanding and greens as good as it gets. The practice facilities are great and right in the door step of the club house which is also great.

I was lucky enough to visit from the Gold Coast, Australia. David and the team were so welcoming. The course was in fantastic condition, and the greens were absolutely immaculate, the best I've played. I found it very challenging as this was my first experience with a links style course. There are a lot of interesting holes and a lot of blind shots that make it challenging without some local knowledge. I certainly would have scored a lot higher but was lucky enough to play with some friendly members.

Lovely, friendly members golf club. The course has undergone lots of work over the last 18 months and is now in superb condition. Great clubhouse, attentive staff and a tricky 18th hole! ⛳

I played this course as part of an away fixture. The first time that I've played the course and was really pleasantly surprised. The club house is an extended manor house with a very modern dining and patio area behind the main entrance. The practice area is pretty good with separate nets, putting green, chipping area and grass range. The only down side was, that because it is corporate owned i presume, that there was a function going on which meant the place was packed and we had to park adjacent to the grass range, leaving numerous cars in danger of an errant golf ball from there. The course itself is a tree lined parkland course with some really nice holes. There is enough elevation throughout the course to make for some great views but it does mean that you are playing a couple of blind approach shots. The course was in great condition. The fairways had really good coverage, the greens were of a good standard with a consistent roll and had enough slope on them to make for some challenging putts. The trees around the course provide some testing drives but with plenty of space further out for longer hitters. A couple of nice dog leg holes require accurate tee shots with challenging approaches. The final hole is a good looking par 3 up hill, with a view into the patio area. The members were friendly and the food was good. There were parts of the course that were still a little damp but there is a fair amount of water in the way of pond or streams to add further challenges into your round so not that surprising. Overall well worth a visit but it definitely should be played off the back tees to get the most out of your time there.

We held a small family party (low key) at Brickendon Grange. It is a lovely building in well kept grounds. The staff were very efficient and attentive. They decorated the table for us beautifully and clearly had spent some time doing this. We were in the Oak Room, which was very suitable for 19 of us to be seated comfortably. The food was lovely (vegetarians catered for). Cannot fault it .

Afternoon Tea. Great service, great food, great venue! For a 21st birthday celebration. Only 4 of us but it was lovely. A glass of bubbly and an extra dessert for the birthday boy and two of the staff came and sang happy birthday with us. The selection of teas was brilliant. Answered all questions. Extremely friendly people. Would highly recommend and well done Centurion for having such lovely staff. Well worth the visit!

My first time at the venue. Having left a nearby crematorium we head d here to cel beaten the death of a good family friend. Greeted at a h door by a young lady we were warmly welcomed. Hot coffee followed by some good food. For such an occasion this is wonderful venue. A golf course with wonderful food. There is also a good restaurant on site that we will visit in the future.

The course was in good condition and, being generally quiet, was pleasant to play. Good up and down holes with some good views. This has only just opened up for visitors to play and it was good to get to play it at last.

Friendly staff and a nice course which was a good test of length and positioning. 1 hidden pond which I didnt look for on my gps but I will definitely go back in a few weeks after the green tinning has healed. Nice pint and view from the clubhouse.

Exceptional golf club with brilliant views more so on the back 9. Course is wide and forgiving so if you mess a hole you will make it up. The tee times are well staggered so never feel the need to be rushed. There is a range, putting and chipping green with balls provided. The 19th is well stocked to finish off so in all a great club.

Nice course, was in great nick this past weekend. Trickier than the course index suggests, but still had opportunity for scoring. Greens ran well. Bunkers a bit hit and miss but overall fine. Fairways a bit patchy in a couple of places but coming out of winter that's to be expected. Will look forward to my next round here!

Really beautiful public golf course in a great location. This course has some wonderful features and real special moments. Nestled perfectly between Batchworth and Moor Park golf courses, this course feels special as you walk it, including a large part of the course being the backdrop for the gardens of some very pristine real estate, although it never feels urban. So well is this course located that you could get lost in time and space as you complete your round, hopefully without your ball suffering the same date! Well maintained and worth a visit.

This is my local golf course and I’m so glad it is! The fairways and greens and kept amazingly well and the course gives amazing views, the price for a round is one of the best in the local area too! I certainly recommend trying this course out.

Greens had recently been hollowtined so were very testy. The greens were also quite lacking grass growing but that's due to weather & being a public course, will see a lot of punters playing .The fairways were spiky in places as the weather has been very wet of late so mower care has been lacking. The layout & walk was a joy. I did it by myself in 2 & a half hours. Millionaires golf for not a lot of dough. Will definitely return in the fairer months.

The first visit to tricky Ricky and the nickname suggests it is a ticky course. But a good course. The tee offs are having worked done reading the course for winter 16th September 24, but all player able, greens were in good condition. There is a bar area with seating inside and out for a nice cold drink. Also, a small golf shop where you can hire trollys and buggy you will need to book in advance if you want a buggy. I will definitely play here again. Good value for the price.
