Booked a spa morning including two treatments and lunch. Everything was perfect, I would give 10 stars if I could. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the lunch delicious. I had a facial and massage which were both amazing. I fully recommend.

I was a little unsure what this place would be like as read some mixed reviews before going. Our stay was lovely! The hotel is in a beautiful setting and it felt like we really had escaped to a retreat. The staff were friendly & accommodating. We had treatments booked in the spa at two different times, when we arrived, the staff asked if we'd like to have our treatments together, which we were so grateful for. The spa is small but had everything we needed and very clean! The cocktails were great, wine/beer a little on the expensive side but the food we had was delicious and could tell that it was freshly cooked and home made. The room was lovely and cosy, heating on when we arrived. The only downside was the walls are thin and could hear the person next door snoring, also the fact there wasn't a fridge in the room. Other than that we were very satisfied with our stay.

Great hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Would have easily got 5 stars but for the slightly off putting drain smell in the foyer and our room heating not being on when we arrived. Heating was speedily sorted...it would just have been nice for it to be warm when we arrived. Staff at breakfast went way beyond expectations...and always with a smile.

We came here for my sisters baby shower and it was absolutely gorgeous. The staff and service were amazing they were all very lovely and attentive. Such a gorgeous location! Beautiful inside and out. We had afternoon tea and it was all gorgeous and the food was amazing quality its so worth the money. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.
