This was a golf course that I was looking forward to playing but unfortunately I was mentally not fit to play , I went there because I just wanted to play the course and I enjoyed the course but could not play my game as I was not in the right mental mind set . I will recommend this course as I have always enjoyed technical golf courses and this was just the type for me and the way it was laid out. If you are in Sheffield and want to be challenged play this course you will be pleased .

First and foremost the staff and members of the club welcome you with open arms and are very hospitable!! This is followed up by the best course I have played all year and one of the best I have ever played!!! Work is being carried out on some of the tee boxes and I would love to come back and play it when these are completed. The fairways are immaculate and the greens for October are in amazing condition! There are some very tough and challenging holes that really test your game. I found the greens to be very challenging to hit and anything that misses the green really tests your short game. If you enjoy playing different courses this course has to be added to your list!!!!

Only visited the bar and event space. Sadly ran out of vodka 15 minutes into an organised event which is a poor show. Decent place, a little tired in places but nothing too serious.

Great course, considering all the rain we have had, in great condition, great credit to grounds staff. Lovely inside clubhouse made to feel very welcome.

Wow. What a course. Great holes, very fast greens, incredibly well-kept all round. Really hard course but definitely a test I will be attempting again
