Photos don’t look great because we were eating and then I thought about reviewing! But OMG the tikka was so thick and rich and spicy enough where you can enjoy it even if you’re not a spicy fan. The biryani was sooo good. The spices are fresh and so the flavour are another level. So fresh and hearty

During our trip to Basingstoke , spotted Desi Express an authentic Indian cuisine. We tried butter chicken with rice , Paneer tikka roll, Paneer Lababdar and chicken tikka wrap . Both my daughters loved the food very much.All the food varieties we had were very delicious and highly recommend.Butter chicken tasted too good . Worth for the price.

The food is just amazing. Authentic Indian cooked fresh. The texture, the taste the aroma everything just hits perfectly. Would recommend and definitely come back. The owner is a very nice guy, had a nice conversation with him 😀

The one thing I’ve really wanted from the shed is finally here - a quality Indian restaurant! I’ve been spoilt by amazing Indian restaurants in previous places I’ve lived - but this is really really good. I always think a butter chicken is good yard stick for a restaurant and this is spot on. I’ve been lucky enough to travel to India a couple of times and I know a decent curry when I eat it. Spice levels are a smidge higher, the kadai for example was medium spicy I’d say but totally delicious
