First time I have played this course. The condition was excellent given the amount of rain we have had recently. The greens were very true and consistent. Takes a little getting used to the road and priorities given the closeness of some of the tee boxes. That does not detract from the course though. An enjoyable experience and one that I will do again.

Really enjoyed my first round today at Chipstead. The Shop Pro was very welcoming (as was everyone at the club) and was really helpful on first and second hole advice as it is a bit tricky to navigate at the beginning. Course is quite challenging being hilly and narrow but has well maintained greens. Will definitely be playing again!

Very nice course very well looked after. Greens had just been spiked and sand applied, that was a shame. However, speaking to other golfers there, the greens are normally very good. Lovely scenic course, very hilly and quite a walk between some holes. Buggies are available. Good pro shop with very helpful and friendly staff. Bar is alright, good choice of alcoholic and soft drinks. Small terrace for drinks outside. Friendly staff throughout makes a enjoyable visit.

I used to play at Coulsdon a few years ago and always enjoyed the layout. It was typically chosen for its affordability, and the course matched those expectations. I played there again today for the first time in a while, and while the tee time remains affordable, I was incredibly impressed by the condition of the course and the greens. A few tee boxes were a bit scrappy, but it's clear that work is being done to improve them. The rest of the tee boxes were in great condition. The bunkers were filled with a good amount of quality sand, making them all playable, although it seems some players aren't aware of how to rake them 😂 The course was in immaculate condition compared to others that charge a lot more. I genuinely believe it's one of the best courses in the area and offers the best value for money I've ever experienced. It's truly a hidden gem worth every penny! Keep up the excellent work. With the improvements made so far, I'm excited to see what else is in store!

The hotel is set in the beautiful grounds of the golf course, great views from the hotel bedrooms. The bar was a little busy when we stayed and met family members so the bar staff arranged for us to have access to one of the conference rooms that was empty. This was such a kind gesture and much appreciated. We ate dinner and breakfast here and it was served by lovely friendly staff. The hotel's decor looks a little tired but this is easily overlooked as everything else about the hotel is perfect.

Nice little venue for a wedding overall, looked very nice outside and the hall was a good sized place for the event. The bar had a decent amount of drink choice for being just a small event bar and the price was pretty good overall, and the staff were very nice and professional throughout the experience. The main weaknesses were that the food, for how fancy the place seemed to be trying for, was a bit meh - the cauliflower was just boiled without much seasoning, for example, so very boring - it needed a sauce. Also, the DJ for the event had some very odd song choices for a wedding and almost entirely ignored the playlist made for the wedding, which was a shame. But the experience was good fun overall and it was a nice place to spend the event.

Third afternoon tea I've had here... So nice and well organised and staff all friendly. Don't cram tables in so you have a bit of privacy. Will continue to come. Highly recommend and nice views of the golf course
