IP Building Services helped us create our extension last summer and we can't thank them enough. The extension looks amazing and is just what we asked for, however it's the extra things that make the experience first class. Ian and everyone connected to the job were hardworking, punctual, tidy, friendly and keen to make sure we were happy with every aspect of the job. It was easy to have a chat about any issues that came up and Ian always came up with solutions (e.g. finding a way to keep our old kitchen functional whilst the work was being completed). Far from being an experience to endure, it was an absolute pleasure to have them all around. We won't be using anyone else for future projects. Thanks Ian, Chris and the rest of the team.

Ian came recommended by a couple of people and from the moment we met him we knew he was our builder. He’s not your typical jack the lad builder, not that there is anything wrong with that but Ian was different. He listened to our vision, gave us his thoughts and worked with us every step of the way. Ian and his team are hard working, clean/ tidy, upfront and transparent and no hidden extras. I would highly recommend Ian, we will be getting him back for other projects.
