Have to start with a massive thank you to Trulawn. The whole process from enquiry, to quotation and then the works was a very pleasant and smooth experience. Daniel was very thorough in explaining the options and the build process. He was also very willing to take on my thoughts on the work that needed to be done. The guys that did the work (Braina, Billy and Tyler) were great, with each step in the work they explained what was going on and what would be done next. The new lawn was planned for 3 days, it took 2.5 days in some extreme heat. Fair play to the guys, they kept going. End product looks fantastic and we are very happy with our new lawn, and the way in which the works were carried out Thanks guys, Great Job!!!

Had a piece cut I added to fish tank ppl think it's real I put a pice outside it still looks as good as the day it was brought and a one minute job to use leaf blower to make it look good again now summer is on its way shall by again for my garden this year

From the first contact via email and phone, through to the survey visit and pricing to delivery and install day it has been first class. The installers even came when Storm Francis was at its peak on August 25th 2020. I even asked if Trulawn wanted to postpone, but they were fine (with coffee and tea of course) to go ahead with the install. The team arrived at 08:30 and were done by about 16:00, covering an area of around 60sq.m on an existing patio and inside a 'cat cage' area attached to the french doors. They were polite, professional and very helpful and the install quality looks very good. The finished results have transformed the patio into a lush green and soft area to sit and for the grandchildren to play. I would use Trulawn again for any complex projects due to the very competitive price and the overall end to end customer service and professionalism.
