Cosy Gardens custom built the garden room and a complete overhaul of the entire garden. We were very pleased with the quality and pace of the work. Polly and the team did a great job renovating our garden. After some back and forth we finally landed on a design we were happy with and the work was carried out over a week. We are a mid terrace with no side access so were worried about the mess it might cause downstairs but the team laid protective boards over our floors and cleaned up after themselves every day as well as cleaning the patio and driveway (where many of the materials were delivered) too. There was a small miscommunication regarding the size of pebbles for the border around the grass but other than that we are very pleased.

Polly and her team at Cosy Gardens did an outstanding job constructing an office and storage space in our backyard. Their professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail were exceptional. They consistently communicated clearly about potential challenges and costs, ensuring there were no surprises. The final result exceeded our expectations, with every detail finished to perfection. A great experience from start to finish on the top-to-toe remodel of our tired and heavily overgrown back garden. I really appreciated the transparency of the website in setting out process, timescale and costs (as well as potential fabulous results!) - and it turned out to be an accurate reflection of our experience. Emma really listened to our needs and translated them into a design that felt personal as well as practical and beautiful. The landscaping team were fabulous - good-humoured, apparently tireless, perfectionist problem solvers whose evident pride in their work shows. After years of feeling guilty and overwhelmed by its problems, being in the garden is already bringing much joy again - roll on spring!

I needed some new composite decking laid in my back garden. My neighbours recommended Herman at Acacia Gardens. I spoke to a number of companies but Herman was the friendliest and most helpful and he was competitively priced so I chose him. They ripped up my existing timber frame, replaced it and gave good advice about which composite decking to use. I made a number of changes throughout the project but Herman was always understanding and helpful. The builders were brilliant; Rimi in particular. They were respectful, very hard working and fun to talk to and have around. They took real pride in their work and always consulted with me when necessary. I would highly recommend Acacia Gardens to friends and family and would definitely use them again for any gardening needs. They have just finished a major project next door and that looks great, too

Acacia Gardens delivered a great landscaping project and transformed our garden. We started with an inspirational conceptual design and progressed that into a detailed garden blueprint, the centrepiece being a beautiful bench seated fire pit. The garden build was delivered over a six week period and by the end, transformed into something of beauty. The team are highly talented and a pleasure to work with. Acacia Gardens designed and implemented the hard landscaping and planting for our front and back gardens. The design process was very detailed, with our ideas and feedback factored into the final design. The preparation, construction work and planting was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard. We were kept involved and consulted through. The whole team without exception were helpful, considerate and responsive. We're very happy with the end result.

Needed a huge olive tree pruned. Joe and Sam came over, arrived exactly on time and carefully prepped our house so they wouldn’t make a mess; laying tarpaulins etc. After a helpful discussion about best course of action I was able to leave them to it, and they worked so quickly and with great pride. Along the way they offered guidance, made sure I was happy, and gave me the benefit of their professional opinion. Afterwards they swept and tidied, chipped the cuttings on site and left the garden and house spotless. I’m thrilled with the results, should’ve done it ages ago. Looking forward to getting them back to do some more soon.

I was in Wood Street for an appointment that finished early, I had about 45mins left on my car park, so I thought I look around the shops and stumbled across this lovely looking garden centre. I was so impressed with the quality of plants and their care, not a single plant had any dead leaves. Also very good and reasonable prices. It was RHS - Wisley standard of care and varieties, especially for garden centre of that size. Dedicated and friendly staff. Great find!

This is such a great gardening centre. Enough variety and options without getting overwhelmed! The service is amazing... a family run place that’s been around for years. Paul, his dad and all the team were friendly and knowledgable and offer help with choosing the right plants..., to carrying and delivery. 5 stars for sure.

Usually my Dad takes care of the garden, but because of his recent health issues the garden had become really overgrown. I tried to tackle it myself, but I didn’t have the right tools for the job. I started looking for a company to clear the garden, which is when I discovered Urban Gardeners online and contacted them. Correspondence with Plamena was superb: all emails were answered promptly and professionally. Pricing was clearly explained and I was happy to proceed with a mutually agreed date and time. The two gentlemen that came to the house were polite, considerate to our home, and amongst the hardest working people I’ve ever encountered. The weather was really hot on the day they came, but they still grafted despite the heat. They did an excellent job of clearing our garden, and were done within an hour (initially we thought it would take 3hrs). So even with us also paying for removal of the garden waste, it was still cheaper than we expected. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I’ve already recommended them to several of my colleagues and clients. If in the future I can persuade my Dad to pave or turf the garden this is the company I’ll be calling.

The team at Urban Gardeners did a great job, completely transforming our garden in 3 days. They cleared the garden, removed trees, built a fence and laid a new lawn. Lovely to work with, speedy, thorough, tidy and prompt!

A huge thank you to the Urban Gardeners team for transforming our garden here in Peckham, SE London. The garden was previously in very bad shape (rotten decking, steps, and dying / weed-ridden lawn. The team did an amazing job of clearing everything out (including removal of a tree!) and then building an entirely new and extended hard-wood deck and stairs / landing and also replacing the lawn with the beautiful stripes you can see! Communication throughout from Plamena was great and with the team on the ground they were very good at asking questions and making small adjustments as required throughout the process. I requested a few small changes to the initial quote and this was dealt with in a very friendly and flexible way. The team were very pleasant throughout, got rid of all the mess, and also did the whole thing for a very fair and reasonable price.
