Such a relaxing place. Has got a café children playground, pond with ducks swans and other birds, flowers garden, sports facilities, big open space close to the pond for picnic and a library with kids area inside.
I love Manor house Gardens its beautiful, clean and has a lovely cafe. My only problem is there are too many dogs running around and not on a lead, just witnessed a little girl screaming as a big dog came charging at her, poor child was in fear and so was ! There are dog areas so dogs shouldn't be off a lead near the kids play area 🙄
It's a small park with tennis courts, a dog park, a pond with various ducks, swans, and herons. It has a playground and is popular with families. It has a very nice cafe catering for breakfast, lunch, drinks and cakes. It appeals to couples and single people. It's a well-kept, pretty park
Sat 22nd June ‘2024: First time going to this park, its lovely, with the lake and the ducks. A great place to walk, for kids and families.
Another piece of green space in South East London. Its great just how much space there is on your door step. Never a reason to stay stuck indoors when there are so many parks around. The water makes everything calm.
