Excellent service and affordable price - we will definitely book again! I booked Austin to remove the weeds in my parent's back garden, which were severely overgrown. During our initial phone conversation, he was very thorough in asking questions that would ensure he could complete the work properly. A huge thank you to the Urban Gardeners team for transforming our garden here in Peckham, SE London. The garden was previously in very bad shape (rotten decking, steps, and dying / weed-ridden lawn. The team did an amazing job of clearing everything out (including removal of a tree!) and then building an entirely new and extended hard-wood deck and stairs / landing and also replacing the lawn with the beautiful stripes you can see! Communication throughout from Plamena was great and with the team on the ground they were very good at asking questions and making small adjustments as required throughout the process. I requested a few small changes to the initial quote and this was dealt with in a very friendly and flexible way. The team were very pleasant throughout, got rid of all the mess, and also did the whole thing for a very fair and reasonable price. Billy and his team were a delight to work with and they really saved our garden, after we were let down badly by the first company we hired. Communication with Billy was both extremely regular and easy throughout the project and his team's attention to detail was impressive. Thanks to them, we now have a garden we absolutely love. Billy and his excellent team have just completed a large landscaping project for us in SE24 including a full revamp of the front of our house (paving area, new fencing on both sides, new side return gate, new steps to the front door, building and installing bin-store and bike-store onto concrete base, gravel parking area etc) and a patio and some lawn-planting to the rear. We could not be happier and would highly recommend his work. The site was a very difficult one as the house is on a slope both from left to right and to some degree from front to back and there were other complications with drainage and boundaries. Billy was not the cheapest but we have used landscapers many times before and you get what you pay for - now that it is finished, we definitely felt we got value for money. Billy himself is a whirling dervish of creative energy (and it takes a few visits to get used to, if you are not a high energy person yourself) but that comes out in the passion he feels for his work and the constant energy he brings with ideas and solutions as the project develops. It is definitely a massive positive to have someone so energised by their work and who clearly cares so much about the perfection of the end product so don't be put off - remember that what you want is the best possible landscaping, not a Yoga teacher! You can tell that his team are very happy working for him and respect him a lot. We had six or seven different guys on site during our project and all of them were punctual, worked hard (even when it was a long day in the hot sun), were professional and polite (even taking the time always to help my wife carry the pram and shopping etc in and out of the house), and cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day before going home. The end product has really made our house (which we have built over the course of the last year) and of all of the parts of this long project, it was the one both my wife and I are happiest with, the one that ran the most smoothly and the one that ended up the highest quality. Farmer Will did a fantastic job of putting up a new fence and cutting back/clearing a lot of our very overgrown garden. He and his colleague were reliable, polite and immaculately tidy. Our neighbour was so impressed with the job that he asked us to share Will’s details with him! We’ll definitely be asking him to come back!

Will and his team literally transformed our garden and were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We had used Will before for tree cutting, turf laying and general maintenance but decided to get a new deck, fence and artificial lawn this year due to a muddy new puppy! It has exceeded all our expectations. Looks like we had a designer in to plan it but Will just knew what he was doing and nailed it in less than 3 weeks. Looking out at our fairy lit tree this winter (thanks for going to extra mile Will!) instead of a muddy pit we are beyond happy with it. Would whole heartedly recommend him.
