Today we had Ian from Pro-Spark Electrical Contractors come to install extra plug sockets in our kitchen, and we couldn't be more pleased with his work. Ian was incredibly efficient and made sure to clean up after himself, leaving everything as he found it. His workmanship was absolutely beautiful—no cutting corners, just a dedication to doing the job right and to a very high standard. It was clear that Ian put a lot of care and attention into every detail, even being mindful of my husband, who was working from home. When it came time for noisier parts of the job, like drilling, he timed it thoughtfully to minimise disruption, which was much appreciated. Ian was also incredibly respectful of our home and made an effort to be friendly with our two rather large dogs, which was an added bonus! We were so impressed with his professionalism and quality of work that we've already booked him for another project in our home. We highly recommend Ian for anyone looking for top-notch, reliable electrical work. 💫

I contacted prospark to change our existing fuseboards as we convert a garage. We used J T Jarvis & Son for the installation of three light fittings and to mount our 65in TV onto the wall, as well as channel the cables through the wall. NTR Electrical recently fitted a Nuaire DRI-ECO-NOX-HEAT PIV system in our house along with an Envirovent fan in the bathroom to help with a damp issue that we have. We’re delighted with the work they did - excellent communication, standard of work and they were very knowledgeable about fitting the PIV system. It’s all working well and seems to have solved the issue. We’ll definitely use NTR Electrical again!

Mike has just done me a garage conversion into a salon. From the very start Mike listened and guided me through the best way to achieve things and at an affordable price. I recently brought my first house and it’s been a bit of a project; however I didn’t realise how poor (and dangerous!) the existing wiring was. Naturally, I looked around for an electrician to assess the full extent of the work needed and someone who was reliable. After going through the reviews of a number of electricians I finally came across Mike. He responded fast to any communications sent and was really friendly. He came and thoroughly assessed the wiring/electrics. I was initially concerned about the costs due to having a strict budget but the quote he provided was extremely fair for the significant work required and took the time to explain things to me. Whilst I went to work, I left a key with Mike who quietly went about his work and helpfully provided updates when needed. He works fast but his work is incredibly thorough and exceeds expectations. I don’t normally write reviews but I would really recommend Mike to anyone who needs an electrician. If I have any further work, this is the guy I will go to every time.
