Adam visited to fault find and resolve the issue, and he did so with exceptional professionalism. He was patient, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly explain the problem and potential electrical work we might need in the future. We’ve accidentally cracked our electric hob and Adam could have not been of more help and saved us pretty quickly! Prior to him coming round to install it, he helped me assess if the replacement I’ve picked will work, walking me carefully through the things he will need to successfully carry out the job. He was really helpful, considerate and so thorough at responding and keeping in touch.
