We reached out to James about an electrical safety test to ensure it was OK to use a 3pin EV charger in our garage and to replace a faulty flood light. They took the extra time to talk me through how the EV chargers work, and generally teach me about what amps/kWh mean in relation to EVs. Made me feel a lot more secure in buying my first EV. We had what to us was an emergency but was really quite a small problem - one of our smoke alarms decided to cut out and started beeping very loudly! It was however, very upsetting. We called Gary and he came out the same morning and fixed the problem within minutes; all for a very reasonable charge! He also gave us some basic advice about smoke alarms generally.
