Ian from ISS Electrical Contractors came in today bright and early and did an absolutely fantastic job on TV wall mount with electrical power for our 85” TV. He did everything we asked for, including having concealed wiring in the wall, and patched everything back up to how it was. The pricing was also very reasonable, and cheaper than I expected. He took his time and made sure to explain everything to me and I will definitely be using his services again for our soundbar in the future!

Ian did some work for us in the summer of 2023 when we were moving into our house. We were so impressed by his work and dedication that we kept his details for any future jobs. I hired ISS Electricals (led by Ian) for a six-month project in my new build home, which was completed in three well-planned phases. From start to finish, Ian’s professionalism, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills were exceptional. The project involved converting all lighting to a Philips Hue smart system, incorporating high-end fixtures from brands like Tala, Tom Raffield, Muuto, Buster & Punch and Anglepoise. He also installed Google Nest smart smoke and CO detector sytem, Bosch and Shelly smart modules (for converting some light fixtures into smart), mounted led mirrors from pebble grey, mounted an OLED TV with soundbar concealing the cables. Additionally, he handled other key tasks such as installing Sonos sound system in bathrooms, adding additional power sockets, installing hue spotlights in bathroom, kitchen and setting up a discreet loft aerial connected to multiple rooms. Ian also expertly fitted bathroom cabinets with integrated lighting and helped me set up a full smart control system compatible with Alexa and Google. He even installed a CCTV system with motion detection and doorbell by Eufy (hardwired) which works flawlessly without needing to recharge the batteries. What impressed me most was his meticulous approach. He always used clean dust sheets, arrived on time, and addressed any snagging issues promptly. Every aspect of the work was fully tested and certified where necessary, giving me complete confidence in the quality of their work. Overall, the entire project was a huge success thanks to Ian and ISS Electricals. His expertise and ability to handle complex installations were second to none. I’ll definitely be using ISS Electrical again for my next project and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and skilled electricians. Update (07/05/2025) Once again, Ian has done an outstanding job. This time, I had my entire home network upgraded to a UniFi system. Ian took care of everything: setting up a network rack, wiring multiple UniFi access points, and routing network cables to the garage, office, and bedroom. As expected, every cable was neatly routed and completely hidden, with great attention to detail. He was sharp on time each day, laid out clean dust sheets before starting, and worked efficiently and professionally throughout the 3-day job. He even went the extra mile by teaching me how to make short network cables and crimp connectors—something I really appreciated. Also, a shout-out to Darren, who assisted Ian for a day—both were fantastic and worked seamlessly as a team.
