He gave good advice on choosing a bathroom heater and replacement light and the need to fit a modern consumer unit with RCD protection. This company is great. I dealt with Michael. He was very clear and made himself available at peak time just before Christmas to fix my electrical issues. He worked on finding cost efficient solutions to what was potentially a very expensive and disruptive exercise. In the end he produced reasonable quotes and ensured we could use the main items needed in the house whilst he was re-wiring the house. During each intervention, he would clock his time and let us know. In addition, Michael kept the place very clean taking the rubbish with him and hoovering with his own equipment. When he did a big 3-day job that took him less time, he revised the quote down and included the exact time he worked. Michael is pleasant, very honest and knows his stuff. I highly recommend this company.

I'm so glad I booked Michael for the electrics safety check on my flat. He was efficient and explained everything in understandable terms. I felt super comfortable with him, and he was kind enough to fix a broken dimmer switch on the spot, which was not technically part of the brief.

Excellent fast professional service with competitive pricing well trained staff and properly coordinated work

First task involved was to replace an old consumer unit and instal a modern surge/fire protected board with separate RCBO's for each circuit. The work was carried out smoothly and the circuits were tested and full explanations given. Second task was to remove two old ovens and replace with two new ovens which had been previously purchased from a retailer. The removal and installation were carried out without difficulty. What struck is most was that every time we thought there might be a difficulty we were reassured that any problem could be resolved. After completion of the work we received a useful report on the wiring system which gave us a greater understanding of the various circuits. So, we were highly impressed and would certainly give Coulter Electrical a strong recommendation.

They only replaced a couple of sockets. The communications beforehand were good. They arrived on time, were polite, and worked cleanly, and tidily, and respected the property, I definitely recommend them.

Oliver fitted an EV charger to our garage which is separate from the house. This was a non-standard installation, but Oliver managed to overcome the various challenges whilst staying within his quotation. Much better service than using a regional installer proposed by our energy company and the manufacturer of the charger.

From quote to completion the team were brilliant! They ran 120m of cable to get power to our workshop. When they finished, they checked the pre fitted sockets to find that they didn’t work. It wasn’t their responsibility, but they went and got a part and wouldn’t sign off the job until we were fully up and running! Absolutely outstanding service and we can’t that the team enough!
