Their staff is very nice and patience. He help to plan, install, configure the EV charging system. Also show me how to use its app. I am very happy with their service and the quality they delivered. I was referred to Missenden Electrical when I enquired about purchasing a Hypervolt EV home charger. The whole experience was very positive. They responded to the enquiry very promptly, came round to do a site visit to survey as it wasn't a standard installation and discussed the different alternatives. On the installation day, they arrived when expected and were friendly, helpful, tidy and explained how it all worked at the end. Would highly recommend and would certainly use them again.

I recently had an urgent electrical issue following an installation by Octopus Energy. After they installed a smart meter, I experienced a major problem where my fuse box exploded, blowing out (not just tripping) two fuses. It was a stressful situation, to say the least. Enter Short Fuse Electrical. From the moment I contacted them, their professionalism was evident. They promptly scheduled a visit and arrived right on time. Ian and his apprentice, Charlie, were absolutely amazing. They were courteous, professional, and incredibly thorough in their investigation. Ian meticulously traced the problem back to the smart meter installation and discovered that the Octopus Energy engineers had screwed into an existing cable. This oversight caused the disastrous malfunction of my fuse box. Ian and Charlie didn't waste any time. They fixed the issue swiftly, ensuring everything was up to standard and safe. Their expertise and attention to detail were clear, and they took the time to explain what had gone wrong and how they were fixing it. Overall, I was very impressed with their service. After being recommended to me by a friend. Carroll Electrical Installation completely replaced my bathroom spotlights and installed an extractor fan. I could not have been happier with the finished job. Patrick recommended changing my old downlights with an more energy efficient option and help me to choose an new lights that aesthetically complimented my ceiling. Very pleasant and polite chap called Nathan visited my elderly Aunt. He was very respectful and took his shoes off before entering. He was very efficient and did all that was asked. Two faulty plugs in the kitchen where the kettle had become jammed. Kettle taken away and new sockets installed. Quotation provided for a replacement strip light as well. Liam was very pleasant to speak to when arranging the visit for my Aunt. He was very generous with his time and his prices are very reasonable. Booking a call out is very easy and convenient. Tyco Electrical did my board upgrade, garden lighting, and EV charger installation. Ty recommended what would be suitable but gave me options of materials and remained open and transparent throughout. Very trustworthy and reliable. The new consumer unit was tested and my electrics were certified as safe. The LED garden lights look amazing and are app-controlled. The EV charger is Ohme, again app controlled and easy to use. I Highly recommend Tyco for electrical upgrades!

Tyron installed our home Ohme EV charger which is linked up to our energy supplier. He helped and advised us on the most suitable position of the charger and did a fantastic job of the installation.
