I recently had an urgent electrical issue following an installation by Octopus Energy. After they installed a smart meter, I experienced a major problem where my fuse box exploded, blowing out (not just tripping) two fuses. It was a stressful situation, to say the least. We had work done twice by Ian and his team. One’s last year and yesterday. Probably one of the best service I've had. They were prompt and very professional and went extra mile with new down-lights they didn't necessarily have to provide.
