Dr. Ben was not only excellent at what he does, but he also took the time to explain each step carefully, which made me feel at ease. I also want to mention the amazing reception staff, Nasrin and Jane, who were friendly, professional, and efficient. The kind assistant was very caring and helpful throughout the process. I have been with this dental practice for many years now and have always received excellent service from the reception staff through to the dentists themselves. As a nervous patient, it’s always been an anxious time for me but this has been overcome by the patience and care i have received from my dentist Charlie. His caring manner and relaxed personality has helped me hugely. I still get a little nervous when I go but I am soon put at ease.
I visited today and as I left the receptionist told me Charlie was leaving. I was absolutely gutted to hear this news as he has done so much for me over the time I have seen him so I want to say a MASSIVE thankyou to Charlie for your care, patience and compassion that has helped me overcome my fear of dentists. I registered with this dentist Oct. I saw Ben who is a very good dentist. He is very caring, gentle and puts you at ease. He is one of the best dentists I have seen. Maryam his dental nurse is very nice. Ben is patient and calm and asks if you have any questions. He has a brilliant manner. The room is immaculate, they have an overhead screen with calming pictures and relaxing background music. I have been there three times now. He polished my teeth and it didn't hurt. He is very thorough.
