Came here on Boxing Day for an urgent appointment. Had pain all over Christmas and ended up being recommended a root canal. The dentist was able to do half the procedure here and then told me exactly what I needed to convey to my regular dentist. The staff were friendly, professional, kind and knowledgable. I was nervous for the root canal but they talked me through what would happen and it all went perfectly - I couldn’t feel a thing! I wish I’d got the dentist’s name as she was incredible! Thank you all so much for providing such fantastic urgent care and over the holidays!
Malc and the team are absolutely fabulous. I can't recommend this dental practice enough. I have a number of health conditions that need to be taken into account when having dental treatment and I am 100% confident in Malc. He is so professional as well as very good at making you relax. All the treatment I've had has been undertaken without any problems. I even had a courtesy call from lovely Kerry after my last treatment to see how I was doing the next day. Amazing care. I believe that in my experience with Ivy Dental has been exceptional. I feel like part of a family. The care given has always been conducted professionally. I have always been treated with my best interest. I never felt out of place or unsafe with my care. All the staff gives there utmost attention to all my needs. I recently visited Ivy Dental Practice and couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff. Malcolm, the dentist, was incredibly patient and understanding. He took the time to explain every procedure and ensure I was comfortable throughout my appointment.
The atmosphere in the practice was relaxed and calming. The staff were efficient and professional, making me feel at ease. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness and modern facilities. If you're looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about their patients, I highly recommend Ivy Dental Practice.

Staff are fantastic. Always friendly and helpful. Customer service is absolutely spot on. Malcolm and his team of dentists can't be faulted. Would certainly recommend to anyone wanting a new private practice especially if nervous or wary. Had a root canal today and nearly dozed off whilst he was doing it. 10/10 !!
