Very friendly and helpful reception staff. I attended Tonge Moor road surgery on 20/08/22 for a deep clean, my dentist is very friendly and has given me some very good oral care advice. I never experience any discomfort which is always a winner at a dentist appointment.

It is excellent, helpful staff, dentists, receptionists.

They always will try and sort you out if you are a current patient in an emergency or if you have an important problem.

I have been going there since Norman Brindle, then Mark Wall work and Marc Schupak bought it out and then the My Dentist Group.

I have been going there about 42 years + and I always feel happy.

The Wonderful caring loving special Dentist I see is Zainab Ali.

I had to have an extraction a bit ago, it was a wisdom tooth that needed going .

I have gum problems because of my prescription medication for epilepsy, that tooth made my breath smell more intensely worse, the only person I felt safe with to extract this was the superb. Zainab Ali who always seems To go beyond the call of duty and will always help you.

Mel Thompson always tries her best to fit me in she is wonderful kind loving helpful and totally professional.

I have known Mel since she started, with me I have known her for 25 years +, and it is funny as I know if she is down and upset and she knows the same with me.

The practice manager Gemma is wonderful and like mell will always helpyou

Due to the high impact of appointments and sometimes the lack of NHS Dentists. It is advisable and essential that you treat the reception team and dentists and staff with dignity and respect as if you treat them the way you want to be treated it would be lovely.

NEVER be frightened of going as you always are put at ease.y

If you do not you MAY be taken off their records and be polite if you have to ring up.

If you really think of it, the people there are human and care. NHS Dental care is getting hard to obtain. So treat them good and with dignity and respect and be patient or you are risking to be ejected and taken off the list.

Having been petrified of dentists for years and having received bad treatment elsewhere I went along today for my 1st appointment. They really put me at ease and listened to my story with empathy and compassion
My dentist has come up with a treatment plan I am happy with and even though it's going to be a long process I'm happy I'm starting my journey with my dentist. Thankyou for being awesome today ladies

Have nothing but praise for this Practice from the lovely dentist Ibrahim and his fab nurse to all the reception and staff I met today.
I had an emergency that required an extraction and was seen within hours of ringing. I'm a very anxious person in the dental surgery but they were all very kind and made my visit less stressful with Ibrahim explaining everything he was going to do. I was amazed at how relatively painless the local anaesthetic injections were!
Thank you once again, I am so grateful and relieved it has been done.
Also the covid regulations were all in place and it felt like a safe environment.

I’ve just received first class treatment from my dentist, after a weekend of toothache I made a call at 9am to ask for an emergency appointment unfortunately they had all gone however they managed to squeeze me in at 11.50am same day.
I was seen by Nailah and the dental nurse on duty sorry your name escapes me. They are both great, smiley, friendly but at the same time very professional.
I was treated with care and compassion by both of them.
After a few questions, an extensive examination, x rays were taken, options were discussed, upper back tooth was extracted.
