I got my braces installed at Thousand Smiles. It's been a good journey so far. Dr Zain and Zainab are amazing people. Always professional, making me feel welcome and at ease. I'm already seeing the improvements after 3 months. I can't wait to get these d..n braces off though and reveal amazing set of well aligned teeth. I miss being able to eat foods like a normal person. lol The treatment is going well so far. I don't have any complaints. I will update this review after my treatment. Dr Zain better continue being nice to me. lol

I recently completed my braces treatment and I’m so happy with the entire process and results! The staff were incredibly nice, professional, and attentive, making every visit smooth and stress-free. I’ve been attending the Behrens dental Practice since 2010, and have always received a great service. Dr Behrens and his staff are great and the practice feels very welcoming. They won a Best Team of the year award 2024 for Private Dentistry this year, which is testament to their excellence. My visit today was with Dr Chiara Burgio my dentistry and Zainab Malik for my dental hygiene, they were both excellent! I highly recommend the Behrens Dental Practice for all your dental treatment, and thanks to the reception team for a smooth flow in checking in and checking out.

Great practice! Everyone was nice and welcoming. Thought I had perio disease as some of my front teeth were loose but the practice ensured me that was not the case. Had two deep cleanings that went very well with two different hygienists that were very respectful. Would definitely recommend to anyone of any age, even the younger demographic :)

I was diagnosed with periodontal disease about a year ago after noticing my gums were bleeding while brushing. After multiple visits to my local dentist with no improvement, I started to feel disheartened – things were actually getting worse! I'm 27 and generally healthy, so this wasn’t something I expected to be dealing with… When my dentist mentioned referring me to a specialist, probably for scalpel surgery, I decided to look into other options myself. That’s when I found out about laser surgery. After doing some research, it sounded like a better alternative – more effective, far less invasive, etc. and that’s basically how I came across Behrens. I did a bit of reading up, saw the good reviews, and decided to call up. The first phone call was already a positive start. The receptionist was super friendly and took the time to really speak with me. She answered my questions and made me feel a lot more confident about going ahead with the treatment. I ended up signing up not long after our call for a month-long intensive laser treatment. I was travelling from Brighton, but getting to the practice from central London was pretty easy. Upon my first visit, the welcoming atmosphere was just the same as it had been over the phone. The practice itself is really nice (personal touches like the music selection go a long way). Throughout the treatment, I saw my ‘main’ dentist and several other dental hygienists – all of whom were knowledgeable and approachable. The sessions never felt rushed, and the staff were always happy to answer my questions (naturally, I had quite a few). Within a couple of sessions, I was already starting to see progress, like less bleeding, and my gums were looking a bit less swollen. This was surprising for me since I hadn’t seen any improvement previously, despite religiously following my local dentist’s advice… Behrens does bacteria tests and pocket charts before and after the treatment, so you can track your progress. After just over a month of this treatment, and following my ‘homework’ (flossing properly, TePe, etc.), I am amazed – my gum pockets have shrunk significantly (nearly all are now in the ‘healthy’ range with no bleeding), and the best news is I have NO bad bacteria left… Wow… Just wow… What a turnaround, honestly. My gums feel so much better already, and overall, I just feel healthier again. Let’s just say I won’t be returning to my local dentist – the journey to London is worth it for me. Highly, highly recommend the Behrens Dental Practice. Thanks again for everything! Ed

I have been attending this dental practice for 10 years. They cured my dental phobia with their second to none good professional practice. All the team are warm, kind, caring and have the ability to gently tell you when you have to step up with your oral hygiene . “ you will get what you pay for here”. For me it’s a beautiful smile and good hygiene. Thank you to this wonderful team of professionals ( the receptionists are the best, welcoming and nothing is too much of a problem, they will welcome you and assure you before your treatment starts )

I had a dental appointment with Dr Naureen Rizvi and it was absolutely perfect. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She is really respectful and kind. The treatment itself was painless as she was really delicate and always ready to stop if there was any pain. The practice is also really clean and always up to date. Wonderful experience with her, I will definitely go back.

I have been seeing Doctor Heintz and Doctor Friedmann for many years and always been extremely happy about their treatments, professionalism and expertise. They are both showing empathy and integrity which makes the appointments very pleasant. I registered as a patient at the clinic since 2023. I would like to give my highest praise to my dentist Dr. Joseph Omidvaran. He strived to give his patients highest standard of care. I’ve been having TMJ for years, and he always helped me check my joint every time I visited the clinic (even though I just visited for regular teeth cleaning) and answered my question with great patience and professionalism. I cannot express my gratitude using words, and I really admire his personality (kindness, empathy, warm-hearted, etc). It’s not easy to find dentist with such empathy and professionalism nowadays, and I would 100% recommend his clinic! Also, all receptionists here are extremely friendly (I can name a few: Arman, Jihye)

What a great service from start to finish. The receptionists, were very courteous and polite and I was always met with a welcoming smile. You only have to look at my before pic to see the amazing transformation Dr Maryam Sabbaghi made to not only my smile, but to my confidence. I cant thank her and her assistants enough. Ive never been a fan of the dentist, but she made the whole process very comfortable. I opted for the smile makeover, (gum disease treatment, scale and polish, in-clinic whitening and 4 veneers on the top and edging done to the bottom), but the amazing thing is..... it worked out cheaper than if I was to go to Turkey (my original plan). Turns out I didnt need all my teeth shaved etc as Dr Maryam guided me through a much less invasive procedure, and in the process actually saved my teeth for the long run. Now my teeth are very healthy, and if i do say so myself, look the part. It was also important to me that they looked natural, and not "plasticy". Im sure you would agree from the pics that they look very natural. Whats also important to point out, is that after my final procedure, I noticed a little issue with my bite. i was immediately booked in and the issue resolved. The aftersale customer service has been outstanding. I would highly recommend this dentist. If you are thinking of going to Turkey, please, please go see them first.

Dr Sia gave me an overall teeth cleaning session with Air Flow. He explained what he was going to do next and also gave advice on my dental health and treatments. I booked via Treatwell, the value is very good. You don’t need to pay extra being a new patient like other private dental clinics. Totally recommend it!

This was my second visit to the clinic and it was certainly one of my best experiences in London.
