Dr. Karim was very good and sorted my wife’s tooth , he explained me in detail as well what is gonna be the next step with our own dentistry and mrs. Amy his assistant was very good as well. The prices were more than fair for an emergency on a Sunday at 16:30 29/12/2024 we were expecting to be more expensive but it was just 75£ for the consultation and another 140£ for the treatment( he manage to remove the remain of a nerve on one of the canals) , the temporary filling and the antibiotics. Many thanks to both of them.

I had just arrived for holidays in the UK (tourist) and was hit by an awful toothache that left me unable to eat or speak comfortably. I reached out to the 24/7 dentist in Poole and I was welcomed by Uzma and Deb, who form a great team. They listened to me, put me at ease and the dental care provided was painless and attentive. I seen Karim and Amy as emergency appointment the weekend, they were ever so lovely! They were patient with me and my anxiety, wasn't rushed and talked me through options. Even though I was scared to have my tooth out they were brilliant! Karim was reassuring and confident which gave me the confidence I needed to say take the tooth! Absolutely the best emergency treatment that one could hope for!! My tooth had broken and part of the filling came out too, so it was really tender and needed sorting asap. I booked the the appointment in the morning and was seen that same day. Everything was explained really well and, after agreeing to the chosen plan, my tooth was seen too. Thank you so much, Ash and Richie, for looking after me - I'm now painfree! 😁

Amazing service. Was in extreme pain and managed to get an appointment same day (in fact just one hour later!) Richie and Ash were extremely caring and considerate and performed a pain free extraction within an hour. Great aftercare instructions, everything was wonderful.

First impression was a really friendly greeting by the receptionist who saw to me really quickly. My treatment could have been explained to me on check in as I forgot what I was coming for. Maybe my fault but to offer a subtle reminder would be a good touch. I’m a private user so I can only compare to other private dentistry. What I can say is that I have never been over sold any treatment. Mr Lockyer is extremely fair and 💯 honest. Totes magotes recommend this practice 👌🏻

I broke a molar and was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t find a dentist anywhere so I tried these guys… I left a message and they got back to me within an hour. The lovely receptionist booked an appointment for me later that afternoon. The dentist then phoned me too to get more detail about my tooth problem which was a nice touch.I saw Shannon and her nurse who were incredible. All three ladies were very professional and extremely caring. I live over an hour away from Dorset dental clinic however would have no hesitation in going back there and am seriously considering using them all the time… They really were excellent. Thank you DDC… I have also just received an e mail from them with all the detail of my treatment including the picture of the x-ray they took so I can pass it on to my dentist to help him know all the information. Had my first consultation and was made to feel very much at ease. Lovely friendly staff and the information given was in depth and very clear. Absolutely no pressure at all to sign up for treatments and no upselling which was refreshing. I have already decided based on my consultation and all of the information given to me, to go ahead with treatment. So I'll review again after my next appointment. Actually looking forward to visiting the dentist! That's a first!!

Excellent experience from start to finish. I enquired about teeth whitening, my email was answered quickly and I easily booked in for a consultation. 100% recommended for Invisalign treatment. Both my sister and I have had orthodontic treatment at dental on the banks and very happy indeed. For anyone considering dental Implants I cannot recommend highly enough. Henne and Vicky are so relaxed and competent and explain procedures the whole way along . Pricing is transparent too . The after care and hygiene practices are also outstanding . To have this procedure done locally cannot be under rated . I had far higher quotes abroad and add to that the cost of travel and the time needed there before you could fly . This was my best choice ever !

Corina is a really good dentist. She has always been careful to ensure my husband and I understand why some work needs doing. Her prices are low to medium 'private'. During a period of 3 years she has changed both our sets of gnashers from 'showing their age (a lot)' into very strong and stable. Her Dental nurse Aneta is very calm and capable. I am a terrible patient,absolutely terrified and have many crowns and fillings. I have been a patient here for about thirty years! But Corina and Aneta have been so kind to me. In January during a check up Corina found nodules in my neck.Corina referred me to Dorchester hospital and it was found that I had Thyroid cancer, I think Corina may have saved my life and I am eternally thankful. After a few recommendations from friends for Smile Stories, I decided to visit myself. All the team here are so welcoming and friendly. The place itself is also lovely without the usual clinical feel from a dentist. I have been using this dentist surgery for over 50 years. Kevin Brown made a huge difference to my dental health when he took over the practice. He initially spent considerable time stabilising my teeth. As a result my teeth are now in a very good condition. I am very pleased with both the service and professionalism at this surgery. Recently Kevin Brown carried out emergency treatment to a broken tooth at very short notice. Highly recommended.

Having been scared of dentists from a young age I used to need Valium to have any procedures done, but since joining Broadway dental all my fears have gone. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable & skilled dentists meaning that even the injections don't hurt. They really do listen & help in every way. Been going there for 10+ years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Even my dental health has improved under their care. Kids now registered there too. New premesis & all the latest technology available. Highly recommended.

Kevin Brown and his team have just completed my 4 new crowns! They are excellent and I am so pleased with the work. Going to the dentist doesn't worry me but spending over an hour in the chair for the first visit, I was made to feel relaxed and there was always a joke to keep me going! Dr. Emma Hobby was so so excellent. She made me feel seen in terms of my nervousness (46 year old man!). I needed to have a wisdom tooth extracted and she calmly explained every little thing she did, checking I was doing okay regularly. It was a tricky one as my tooth kept breaking but I never heard her get exasperated and she persisted and got it all sorted and removed. It healed well within a few days. Very impressed.
