My wife and I both had appointments with Tafadzwa Mbengeranwa and, as usual, she was brilliant. She put us at our ease, as we’re both quite nervous of the dentist, and made the whole experience much less stressful as we have endured in the past. We were both informed that we would require a follow up appointment but, because of her ‘chair side manner’ we are both at ease about the upcoming visit. Tafadwza’s nurse/assistant (sorry, didn’t get her name) also made an effort to keep us engaged and made sure the whole situation was lighthearted, without compromising on professionalism.

Very helpful and accommodating towards my elderly parents. Every effort was made to help them access the surgery and the dentist, Taffy was particularly kind and professional. I would recommend wholeheartedly. Catherine

Absolutely fantastic dentist. Taf is lovely, she puts you at ease and explains what she is doing. Receptionist also lovely and friendly. Would highly recommend this practice.

I can not praise the staff at this practice enough. They all seem to go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I came in for an emergency appointment and was seen by Nish. He really made me feel at ease and got me out of pain. His nurses Ramona and Hanna made me feel relaxed as I was quite anxious when I came in. Thank you again Steeple Grange

Having been told by a previous dentist that it would probably be difficult to remove the root of the tooth as it was near my sinus and there was little of the actual tooth left above the gum line, I self referred myself to Dr Zaki. I am so glad that I did. For the first time, I had pain free injections to numb the area and he managed to get the root out without it breaking and with little damage to the gum. He is very professional as are the rest of the staff (particularly the receptionists) and the practice is so well presented.

I am nervous of dental treatment from childhood, plus sensitive teeth. Nish was very patient and kept checking in during treatment that I was ok; pleased to say after local anaesthetic and reassurance my treatment was pain free. Thanks to you both for your kindness.Michelle

Great service at Dale Road Dental Practice today. Barely sat down before I was called in for my appointment. The staff are friendly and help you feel at ease. Dr Rae is always cheerful and has plenty to chat about, a thoroughly pleasant experience considering it's not one I ever look forward to, especially on a Monday morning! 😊

Good morning, sending feedback about my appointment with you yesterday. As I mentioned, it was my first visit to a dentist since 1974, owing to a phobia I have had, so was very nervous, prior to my visit. However, the kindness and understanding shown soon put my mind to rest, and I was feeling much more relaxed during the appointment. I am pleased further appointments are now booked, and that I will actually be able to smile at people properly again without fear of looking like something from one of the old ‘Hammer’ horror movies.
