Monica is the best dentist I have ever been to! She's really competent and her expertise inspires confidence and trust in me as a patient. She is also extremely caring and always tends to my pain and concerns. I have been recovering from a traumatic experience with another dentist and the way she works healed something in me. I strongly recommend her services, and can't thank her enough!

I had another successful visit to this superb dentist last week. Always such a lovely experience in a modern and clean practice that’s buzzing with a professional clinical team. A really pleasant experience from start to finish from a very cheerful and helpful Jane on reception, the friendly dental assistants and onto Simona, my brilliant dentist. All in all a really first class dental practice and highly recommended.

Just need to add some more to this review after having to make an emergency visit today (3rd visit now). Just wish I could add extra stars!⭐ A massive thank you to Jane (the receptionist) for being so understanding and sorting me out so quickly! Your calm manner put me at ease immediately. ( Have you ever thought of training other dentists receptionists in the city on how to treat patients?🤔) Listening to you having to deal with stroppy patients on the phone is a revelation! I am so grateful for you seeing me! Thank you! As you can probably tell, in the past, a visit to the dentist has been 'unpleasant'. You have an amazing team down there. You should be very proud! (Back to original post-) This was my second visit to Totley Rise and I can honestly say I have never been so at ease when visiting a dentist before. Everyone is so friendly that you are immediately put at ease. The receptionist was very welcoming as was the dental nurse. It was the first time that I'd met Lily, my new dentist but was really impressed by the fact that she had already read my (complicated) notes and was prepared for me. I would happily recommend her to anyone. She was polite and professional and absolutely charming! She put me completely at ease and listened to everything I said. Thank you. Parking is easy and directly outside the practice. Opening hours differ but the practice opens at 8.30 everyday, opens late till 7.00 on a Monday and 6.00 on Tuesday and Wednesdays. I'm not sure if the building lends itself to being wheelchair friendly but it wouldn't surprise me if they had a plan in place for wheelchairs - maybe round the back. All in all, a very well deserved 5 stars.

Having hunted high and low for an NHS dentist after having lived abroad since my retirement I am pleased to have found Totley Rise dental practice. Registering was easy, I was seen quickly and all the staff have been very kind and friendly. They are just brilliant. I have undergone fairly extensive treatment with Ella who was both patient and understanding about the concerns I had. Treatment options were discussed in detail and subsequent treatments have been thorough and pain free courtesy of a couple of injections. I can now smile again without feeling self conscious. Thank you so, so much!

10/10 for Invisalign treatment! At 49 years old I can now say that I am truly happy with the way my teeth look! All thanks to the truly brilliant treatment, support and advice from Simone and her team. I’m really impressed at their dedication to achieving the right result and felt well informed and consulted throughout. It was a bit strange at first but I soon got used to it and now just need to practice smiling (with teeth) for photos. Simone really listened to my concerns about a potential relapse and suggested the perfect solution to ensure my investment isn’t wasted with a fixed retainer which I’m very happy with. One of the things that really made life easier was the communication from the reception team and Jane in particular should get a big shout out for her super friendly, proactive approach. As a busy working mum I can be asked to change plans at quite short notice and Jane completely understood and made booking appointments so easy with instant confirmations which really helped me squeeze this treatment in and just do a little something for myself! Keep up the great work. Should I really post this or keep this gem of a dentist a secret? 🤫
