Such friendly and reassuring staff. You are made to feel welcome the minute you walk through the door. Excellent dental service, with modern approaches. All the treatments I have received have been pain free and fully explained. This is now the best dental surgery I have experienced and would fully recommend.

Excellent service and treatment particularly as I'd arrived 24 hours ahead of my appointment! They fitted me in anyway to save me going back the following day which I was grateful for as I'm disabled. Always received excellent service.

Attended practice for private treatment of white fillings. Cost was competitive compared to others I had contacted. Calm and relaxed waiting area for patients. Dentist looked after me very well as I was nervous about my treatment. Staff at reception very polite and easy to talk with.

I cannot praise them highly enough. Smiling receptionists are very helpful. Dentists and assistants are very kind and patient. You are put at ease which can make visiting for treatment a pleasant and not a scary experience. Xx

In the past I have had some traumatic experiences with dentists so I first went to Cavendish as they were welcoming nervous patients, throughout all my treatment everyone at the practice has been great. This last visit was for an appointment with Nicola who immediately puts me at ease and is friendly and informative. This time she was supported by Dave who is an absolute star and very efficient. Always a friendly greeting in reception when you arrive. Great service would highly recommend.

Dr Clarkson was fantastic, made me feel comfortable, relaxed. She was bubbly and welcoming as well as efficient! I would definitely recommend her!

Absolutely superb dentist and lovely receptionists. I saw Mr Bola and as soon as I met him my dentist phobia was gone. Having not seen a dentist for 20 years my teeth are not in the best shape. I landed up having to contract this practice due to a nasty abscess. Thankfully it's being treated now and I look forward to coming back to get my smile back in good order. I have high functioning Autism and these things are not easy for me, but thanks to my best efforts to conquer anxiety and the wonderful treatment I received from everyone at Blagreaves Dental Practice I will never be afraid of the dentist again! Mr Bola recommended a small treatment behind my top front teeth. I had it done because I had ground my dentine away & my front teeth were virtually clear at the bottom. I’m so happy as it looks like I’ve got a new smile, my bottom jaw is having to sit further back to allow my jaw to shut. Mr Bola warned it might take 3 months to get used to it, or I might even want it removed, but no….I’m now thinking what other great work he can do without too much trauma. Thank you

The receptionist are very friendly and helpful, the dentist I saw really made feel at ease. He explains everything simply and shows you your X-rays ect, he is the best dentist I have ever seen. He was very happy to answer my questions and offer advice.

From entering the surgery ,you are always acknowledged and welcomed by the fabulous reception team,who whilst very friendly remain polite and professional at all times. The waiting areas are very clean and tidy as is the WC. I appreciate having reminders sent via text when my appointments are due and the fact you try and fit patients in when there has been a cancellation . I work full time and this is always taken in to consideration when I book appointments. Leaflets are displayed in the waiting area which contain information on different dental procedures ,these are available for patients to help themselves to. My dentist Maria always explains things clearly before starting treatment. I am a very nervous patient and she is good at keeping me calm. I have undergone a lot of procedures lately from tooth extraction to having an inlay fitted and have been extremely grateful for the level of care shown by every member of the team Thankyou

Very good dentist, it just annoys me when you arrive on time and need to wait 20-30 mins for your appointment, which has happened to me on a couple of occasions.

Have just had an appointment with Rob,who as made an old lady very happy,with what He’s done today. Have only met him twice,but found him very professional,also 5 Stars to the young lady on Reception,who was very helpful ,to me ,as I forgot my PIN number,as I said to her,don’t get old. A massive thank you to dentist Matt, he is brilliant. Had an upper wisdom tooth extraction this morning, the tooth was out in under 2 minutes and I didn’t feel a thing! Cate as alway was fabulous and looks after my daughter so well. SETI was one of the best hygienist yet for my daughter with special needs, she was so good with her, kind and caring and did not rush her at all. In all this is the best dentist I have ever been to and am so glad I found it and decided that I would bring me and my family to this dentist. You have one of the best most kindest teams I have ever known for a dentist and service is top dog and so is all treatment. The whole team including the dentist and dental nurse showed compassion and support to help the patient reduce the pain levels they are suffering. The reception staff greeted us equally to everyone (even through our PPE) with smiles and warmth to the whole of our life situation. They were patient and enabled us to take the time we needed- this reduced the anxiety levels. We were treated like humans and not just a number. Thank you

The dentist was amazing!!!! I was so anxious due to previous experiences but she made everything so easy!! I walked out of the dentist feeling so much more confident and despite having a tooth out felt calmer than I had in years when visiting a dentist!! Amazing practice throughout! I went for a first time appointment and they were incredible! Knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming staff from the receptionist to the hygienist, dentist and nurses. I really wanted to find a 'forever practice' and I can say this is it. I was able to get an appointment over the weekend straight away with the dentist and hygienist and they could easily accommodate that for me. I would 100% recommend them.

I needed a crown tightening on an insert urgently that I had done abroad and didn’t hesitate in calling Bridge Dental for a quote, I was happy with the the price and service, Dr Moss is an excellent dentist who works at the highest standards you could wish for and I was very happy with the whole experience. I have always been nervous of going to the dentist and have had some terrible work done over the years with no thought to how my teeth would be over time. I called Bridge and arranged an appointment with Jag and it was the best decision I made. I feel confident to smile and my teeth have been transformed. Still some work to be done but I trust Jag and even injections do not hurt. I tell him he is good and knows what he is doing which he smiles and says “I hope so” but he truly does. A special shout out to Hannah, Charlotte and all the reception team who are so personable and make the whole experience a joy (kind of) and not a dread of visiting a dentist! Thank you so much 💚

From the initial welcome 🤗 to the end of the visit it's lovely. All staff are friendly and welcoming, the reception and rooms are lovely and clean. My dentist Katie is absolutely wonderful. She is very kind and listens, and gives the best advice possible for treatment. Also my hygienist Sara is lovely and goes that extra little bit that counts. I couldn't recommend this practice enough. Visiting Dr Katie Shooter for the first time was an absolute pleasure, her knowledge and professionalism was first class, with full explanations of everything being considered, with great use of visuals to support the conversation. I instantly felt at ease. The team were also very accommodating and supportive when it came to appointments and have helped work out a plan of care really quickly. Very informative and gentle hygienist, made me comfortable and answered my questions. Would definitely reccomend and I travel over 30 minutes for these appointments because I won't go anywhere else.
