Wow! went to this "Cosmetic White Smiles" in Oakwoid Derby and had 3 teeth extractions out in one go today, 4th June 2025, and never felt any pain or discomfort. I couldn't believe how quick and thorough the whole procedure was.Very professional and the female dentist and her assistant, were so polite and curtious. I Highly recommend this Dental practise.I assure you that you will not be dissapointed!

I wanted to explore various options and combine teeth whitening on lower jaw - which also has a few irregular shaped teeth with crowding. I always am aware/mindful of the vibe of a place as that tells me a lot about the reliability of an organisation. My experience with Cosmetic White Smiles was exceptional. We discussed the issues, the options and methods that could be used - and crucially I felt the Dentist was fully present and deeply listened - I intuitively trust him. He watched and listened to ensure I understood his suggestions. Yep, I will be continuing to use Cosmetic White Smiles and I already have a course agreed and have my first two appointments booked to get the show on the road.

I have been to the dental practice in the last 2 days (10 and 11 June 2025) as I had a broken tooth. I saw Neil Patel and he was very caring, made me feel comfortable as I was very nervous. I have been back today 11 June to have it extracted and it was not as bad as I thought. Thank you so much to Neil and his dental nurse (sorry didn't know her name but she held my hand and reassured me) I will be signing up for their dental plan. A lovely team of staff ❤️

My wife and I have been with Cosmetic White Smiles for many years. We've always had regular check ups and have never had a problem getting an appointment in an emergency. The staff are extremely friendly and I would recommend this surgery to anyone.

We have been going to Dental Valley from 2-3 years now for my daughter’s regular checkup. We are very happy with the team as they are very nice and kind. They have always been supportive if any emergency appointments are needed.

From the moment I arrived, Hannah and Faye were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. They made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Rod was fantastic and made me feel very comfortable too.

Had to have emergency treatment and Derwent Valley Dental Practice was the first recommendation by 111 last night. I made an appointment yesterday was seen this morning. The Lovely receptionist assured me my appointment was still OK when I rang to say I was held up in local traffic. On arrival I was seen straight away by a wonderful dentist who was gently reassuring for someone normally terrified of dentists. I just want to say a huge thank you! I was happy with the dentist as they talk to you calmly. I had taken my granddaughter for a check up and she's anxious with dentists but they put her at ease and was very patient and professional in their line of work. I would recommend this dentist.

I had some small cosmetic work done today by a wonderful dentist. She has helped me with my confidence so much. It's a fantastic dental practice and all the staff are brilliant.

Always hated the dentist and my first few appointments with this place was no different.. however, the more I’ve been the better I feel. I have had that many these last few months that I have a good relationship with my dentist and she put my mind at ease massively during the latest appointment after I had a tooth extracted. I was in and out, no work needed and booked in ready for my next check up in 6 months. Special mention of Bev the receptionist - she is so nice and helpful & really made me feel respected and comfortable when I told her I had a fear of dentists and was nervous. Thank you!

I attended with my grown up daughter on monday.we found it a pleasant experience. The dentist saw me earlier which was nice of him,he was very friendly and informative. I have been going since i was a little girl so im happy to recommend coming to this dentist.

My treatment was done competently and with the utmost care. I was made to feel comfortable. Once the anaesthetic wore off, I had no further discomfort. The skill used to rebuild my tooth is staggering. I could not have been in better hands. Great professionalism and quality of care.

My appointments are always on time, straight to the point and I have never felt pressured to take any treatments offered to me. Staff are very friendly abd professional, kind and happy (smiling). All questions I have ever asked have a really quick and precise answer. I have never had to wait long for an appointment.

Went for some wisdom teeth out. Staff all through were very polite and helpful and reassuring and the dentist Chris we super. Real nice chap, very informative and helpful and reassuring and professional. Can't recommend him enough and his team. If your are nervous with dentists you do not need to be with Chris.

Great experience had two wisdom teeth removed at different times and the oral surgeon and dental nurse was fantastic really took the time explaining everything and make sure my experience was pleasant. I couldn’t recommend them enough for saying I’m a nervous person about going to the dentist they made me feel at easy and comfortable. Thank you

Been today for an extraction of my upper left wisdom tooth. I have a huge dental and needle phobia so was petrified! Chris and his dental nurse were incredible. The procedure was explained well and they were fantastic with me. It was so fast and pain free and I honestly feel so happy with how it went. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Dr Waqas Ali is the best dentist I've been to, I'm an anxious patient due to previous dentistry and I hate needles. He's definitely the best with needles, I hardly felt them, I had 6 teeth out in 10 minutes, no problems with anything... So grateful Thank you Waqas.

I moved to this dentist only a few months ago as my husband who was registered here said it was the best dentist he had ever been to. I rang and spoke to reception and explained how nervous I felt about going to the dentist. Reception assured me they were the best for taking care of patients especially nervous ones. They were not wrong, the receptionists are extremely friendly, informative and caring, I had my check up and needed to go back for extra treatment. I was fully informed about everything they needed to do, how it was going to be done, why it was being done and the consequence of not having it done. The dentist I had was amazing, she was kind, patient, very experienced and made me feel at ease, I was extremely nervous but she talked me through everything, I was not rushed at all. Today I had the treatment done, I can not thank the dentist team enough, for the first time in my life I do not feel nervous about having to go to the dentist again, an absolute wonderful team.

Very friendly staff, always made to feel welcome and put at ease. Only gripe is that theirs not enough chairs in the waiting room and you could have a long wait beyond your appointment time. Also as a wheelchair user the front door has a small lip and isn't 100% accessible. Had trouble getting my Mum over it.

Went today to see Ana just for a six month check up. As usual she was professional, friendly and answered my questions to full satisfaction. She is always very helpful, gives useful advice and can put one at ease. All went well at reception too.

Transferred to Darren Bywater Dental Care after having an implant done there several years ago. Lovely team from the receptionists to my dentist, Natalie. Would highly recommend.

I had a front tooth extraction this morning by Marianne. The tooth was shattered inside the gum. She was extremely gentle and the extraction was done professionally with no problem. She has been my dentist for a number of years and I would not change. Highly recommended

You will not get a better dentist than Dr Mariyana Goranova. I have been her patient for around 10 years and she is the best dentist I have had. Kind, takes the time to explain her findings and listens to and answers your questions. She is patient and puts you at ease and makes sure you are ok with any procedure being performed. She is a talented dentist, I have had check ups, fillings, a root canal and a crown and very happy with her work. Talented dentist and excellent patient care.
