From the first off, I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. I’ve never been somewhere that does as much of a in detail health check on my mouth as “the park dental clinic” do. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

As someone who has been very fearful at the dentist due to very bad experiences, Trishan has a very calming and friendly approach. He is very experienced and highly qualified in his job and explains everything so it’s understood and puts you at ease. I had historical issues with anaesthesia not working properly, we explored my situation and he used Intraosseous anesthesia which solved the issue. I am now less fearful of the dentist and have complete trust in him and any work which needs to be completed in the future.

I've been a patient here for many years now, and I can confidently say that this is the first dental practice I have absolute trust in. It is by far the best dental care I've ever received, from the warm atmosphere as you enter the reception, through to the skill and professionalism of the dentists, the whole team is exceptional. They take the time to explain any procedures, answer questions, and once you decide on a treatment plan if needed, the high standard of care, expertise, and a laser sharp focus on your comfort makes every visit a positive one. After ten years, I needed to address an old crown and a missing front tooth. I contacted Park Dental Practice, feeling nervous about both the procedure and the potential costs, as it had been over a decade since my last dental visit. However, Sofia at Park Dental was excellent. They conducted a thorough examination, including x-rays, and clearly explained all treatment options and costs. I was given a flexible appointment plan, allowing me to proceed at my own pace. My first two appointments have been positive, with courteous and professional staff. I highly recommend Park Dental for their transparent,professional approach.

Absolutely brilliant surgery, Geeta the dental nurse is amazing, she makes me feel really comfortable and relaxed, also Sharon is amazing. There are no nerves or anxiety when I arrive for my appointments, I recommend anybody who is fearful of the dentist to attend here as they make you feel at ease.

For the first time in 75 years I feel relaxed when going to the dentist. Gita does everything she can to put me at ease. She is capable and caring. I love the screen showing aspects of nature (usually birds) that I can watch while she works. It's a wonderful distraction.

My daughter developed an abcess over the weekend, I've never seen anyone in that amount of pain. I rang the surgery first thing Monday morning and the got her in within a couple of hours, She was seen by Dan, He was amazing. As was his assisting nurse. He took a quick look and said it was an access in her bone and it had burst, Antibiotics prescribed and away we went. FF 3 days, And the swelling was growing. So I called up again and they fitted her in within the hour.. He prescribed a different antibiotic as some don't always work with certain infections. Got to let him know in a few days if the new tablets are helping, Failing that, We were advised to go to A&E to get it drained.. The service from start to finish was nothing short of amazing. The ladies that answer the phone are blooming lovely and ridiculously efficient. And the dentist and nurse were amazing. They don't make you feel like a number. Genuine care was taken.. My daughter who is severely dental phobic came away feeling assured and relaxed.. Thank each and every one of you for your service.. Hopes mum - Kelly.

I’ve been a patient at this practice for over 40 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Yesterday I had an appointment with Neel and was a little anxious but he put me at my ease from the off and I was fine. The care that this practice gives from the receptionists and the rest of the team is second to none. Thank you all xx

Very informative and gentle hygienist, made me comfortable and answered my questions. Would definitely reccomend and I travel over 30 minutes for these appointments because I won't go anywhere else.

Excellent service and treatment particularly as I'd arrived 24 hours ahead of my appointment! They fitted me in anyway to save me going back the following day which I was grateful for as I'm disabled. Always received excellent service.

Such friendly and reassuring staff. You are made to feel welcome the minute you walk through the door. Excellent dental service, with modern approaches. All the treatments I have received have been pain free and fully explained. This is now the best dental surgery I have experienced and would fully recommend.

I had a piece broken off a back tooth, no pain. They fitted me in very quickly. The Dentist and staff are all amazing. The dentist is very gentle and caring, he explains everything and gives options, not necessarily the most expensive.(As some dentists do). I would highly recommend them.

So impressed with my first experience at this dentist. The receptionists are very friendly and the waiting room has a calm relaxing atmosphere. After not going to the dentist for a while I was nervous as I knew I needed some treatment but the dentist made me feel so at ease and relaxed. I cannot recommend this place enough!

From entering the surgery ,you are always acknowledged and welcomed by the fabulous reception team,who whilst very friendly remain polite and professional at all times. The waiting areas are very clean and tidy as is the WC. I appreciate having reminders sent via text when my appointments are due and the fact you try and fit patients in when there has been a cancellation . I work full time and this is always taken in to consideration when I book appointments. Leaflets are displayed in the waiting area which contain information on different dental procedures ,these are available for patients to help themselves to. My dentist Maria always explains things clearly before starting treatment. I am a very nervous patient and she is good at keeping me calm. I have undergone a lot of procedures lately from tooth extraction to having an inlay fitted and have been extremely grateful for the level of care shown by every member of the team Thankyou

The receptionist are very friendly and helpful, the dentist I saw really made feel at ease. He explains everything simply and shows you your X-rays ect, he is the best dentist I have ever seen. He was very happy to answer my questions and offer advice.

Absolutely superb dentist and lovely receptionists. I saw Mr Bola and as soon as I met him my dentist phobia was gone. Having not seen a dentist for 20 years my teeth are not in the best shape. I landed up having to contract this practice due to a nasty abscess. Thankfully it's being treated now and I look forward to coming back to get my smile back in good order. I have high functioning Autism and these things are not easy for me, but thanks to my best efforts to conquer anxiety and the wonderful treatment I received from everyone at Blagreaves Dental Practice I will never be afraid of the dentist again! Having been unable to find many dentists, I contacted Casa Dental for an urgent appointment due to a wisdom tooth issue. They responded rapidly, booked me in and their communication was impeccable. On the day of the appointment, the practice was clean, the staff were friendly and professional and the dental practitioner, Tom, was calming and very knowledgeable and talked me through everything he did. He explained my options, broke down the why of what he was doing and kept me well informed throughout the appointment. I will definitely be signing up to be one of their patients for any dental needs going forward. Your dentistry needs couldn’t be in better hands.

I recently had some cosmetic work done at Casa by Thomas. From Start to finish he was fantastic, explained everything thoroughly and as a nervous patient really put me at ease! The end result was brilliant and I have received so many compliments on my teeth. All the staff are super helpful and always go above and beyond! Highly recommend!

Excellent experience all round. A friendly welcome by the receptionist and dental nurse and ,of course,by Mr Hasanalli who is a most pleasant person and very accomplished in his job. My wife and I have recently switched to Allestree Dental Practice and I can say that our experience so far has been fantastic. We have been made to feel so welcome and all the staff are really friendly and helpful. We have been used to a Dentist that never had appointments when needed and wanted you in and out in no more than 5 minutes regardless. This is certainly not the case here and so far we have been able to arrange appointments when needed even in such difficult times. Great Service. So glad we moved. Thanks.

Been a patient here for many years. Used to fear visits to the dentist in my younger days but no longer. The calm friendly office, reception and dental nurses put you art ease. I have complete faith in my dentist. He is warm and friendly and always explains what he is doing. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I was a nervous patient, but Megan was great at reassuring me and making me feel confident. Initially she came up with a plan of treatment, and talked me through each step and why it was needed. At each consultation she explained what she would be doing and how she would do each thing. I never felt anything other than a little discomfort, there was no pain. I am grateful for the care she took and feel thankful to be able to access such professional care. This is a truly exceptional practice, and I hope they will be around for many years so that I can continue to get such great care !

In the past I have had some traumatic experiences with dentists so I first went to Cavendish as they were welcoming nervous patients, throughout all my treatment everyone at the practice has been great. This last visit was for an appointment with Nicola who immediately puts me at ease and is friendly and informative. This time she was supported by Dave who is an absolute star and very efficient. Always a friendly greeting in reception when you arrive. Great service would highly recommend.

I needed a crown tightening on an insert urgently that I had done abroad and didn’t hesitate in calling Bridge Dental for a quote, I was happy with the the price and service, Dr Moss is an excellent dentist who works at the highest standards you could wish for and I was very happy with the whole experience. From the initial welcome 🤗 to the end of the visit it's lovely. All staff are friendly and welcoming, the reception and rooms are lovely and clean. My dentist Katie is absolutely wonderful. I have always been nervous of going to the dentist and have had some terrible work done over the years with no thought to how my teeth would be over time. I called Bridge and arranged an appointment with Jag and it was the best decision I made. I feel confident to smile and my teeth have been transformed. Still some work to be done but I trust Jag and even injections do not hurt. I tell him he is good and knows what he is doing which he smiles and says “I hope so” but he truly does. A special shout out to Hannah, Charlotte and all the reception team who are so personable and make the whole experience a joy (kind of) and not a dread of visiting a dentist! Thank you so much 💚
