I had my annual checkup yesterday. The surgery was busy but I only waited about 10 minutes. I saw a lovely dentist, Shahzad, who was very thorough. He gave me lots of information on keeping my teeth as healthy as possible and put me totally at ease, even though I’m a nervous patient! He also saw my daughter and granddaughter, who also were very happy with his care and advice.

I can’t fault my appointment today at South Normanton Dental Practice. My dentist was lovely and took the time to explain things to me and what treatment I was having. I didn’t feel rushed and felt at ease. Thank you for a good experience.

I visited the South Normanton practice for the first time today to discuss a cosmetic dental procedure. As an extremely nervous patient, I usually only trust my long-time dentist, whom I travel a great distance to see. However, I decided to take the plunge and try South Normanton—and I’m so glad I did! Magdalena made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She listened to my concerns and didn’t push any treatments, respecting my wishes fully. The reception staff were also friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m actually looking forward to my treatment in a few weeks!

I've been struggling with chronic gum problems for a while. Dr. Shahzad Ahmad was incredibly helpful. He carefully examined my gums and provided clear advice on how to manage my condition. The cleaning was professional and comfortable. I'm really grateful for his expertise and would definitely recommend this practice

Always professional and caring staff from the minute you walk in. I would class myself as a nervous patient and I'm always put at my ease. Inspite of a last minute change of plan to my treatment today, Magda was so good at explaining why the change was needed and what was happening whilst helping me to feel reassured and well cared for.
