Lovely experience from start to finish on my 1st visit, made to feel comfortable and listened too. Given it’s a dentist I think this the 1st time I’ve been allowed to speak properly before they have there fingers in your mouth back next week feel confident my treatment will be what we discussed and not completely changed. Thank you.
1st time here as a patient. Quickly put at ease and informed about everything that was going to happen. Even saw my tooth x-ray. Dentist 🦷 and assistant polite and listened to what I said. Overall a pleasant experience despite having a filling. See you in 6 months 👍
All of the staff are very pleasant & friendly. I only went for a check up but everything went smoothly, went in on time & paid by card. A very good service.
First visit here today and it was a very positive experience. Ella, the Receptionist was calm, unflappable and very helpful despite being incredibly busy. Afsha, the dentist put me at ease and explained everything in detail and answered my questions.
A pleasant experience. The dentist is always friendly and talks through everything. Any problems are discussed without any pressure to have further treatment. Always good advice re brushing and flossing.
