Having been told by a previous dentist that it would probably be difficult to remove the root of the tooth as it was near my sinus and there was little of the actual tooth left above the gum line, I self referred myself to Dr Zaki. I am so glad that I did. For the first time, I had pain free injections to numb the area and he managed to get the root out without it breaking and with little damage to the gum. He is very professional as are the rest of the staff (particularly the receptionists) and the practice is so well presented.

My story in short. I lived with a problem tooth for 4 years, for 4 years I had not eaten food with the left side of my teeth, for 4 years with pain, infections and torment. My dentist damaged my tooth even more and it became more problematic. Then another dentist caused me a huge trauma in my life after he tried to pull it out, even the anesthesia didn't catch me and until I screamed in pain he still tried to pull it out and finally stopped and left the tooth and sent me home like that with pain and huge trauma. After such a long time my dentist refused to pull it out and sent me to the clinic Steeple Grange Dental with Dr.Zaki Kudsi. Dr.Zaki Kudsi and the nurse are super great professionals, attentive, respectful and very kind-hearted people. For them, the patient is important and that the patient feels good and calm, they give everything of themselves and great care and attention. Even after my great trauma in life, they managed to make me feel comfortable during the procedure and in 2-3 minutes my tooth was extracted without any pain or tension. I simply have no words for these kind and professional people, all the best words on earth are too little for them if they were to be used. After 4 years in a dark corner with no way out in pain and suffering, Dr.Zaki Kudsi showed me the way out and the light, for which I thank him from the bottom of my soul. I wish him and the nurse to be very blessed. The gift of kindness, professional attitude and work they have is at the highest level I have ever seen,everything was so wonderful and peaceful during the procedure and the care after the procedure before they discharged me. I am just speechless these people are the best and greatest professionals I have ever seen. After 4 years with the huge thanks to Dr. Zaki Kudsi I finally started eating with my teeth on the left side of my mouth and I am so happy I am speechless. Steeple Grange is a very professional smartly presented dental practice. Dentist Nick Thorburn is the best dentist I have ever had and I'm in my 50s so I've had a few. His manner, the way he explains every detail of your treatment puts you at ease immediately and his work is just the best. I've never been happier with my dental care and would certainly recommend the practice and Nick to anyone.

I can not praise the staff at this practice enough. They all seem to go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I came in for an emergency appointment and was seen by Nish. Really really happy with the professionalism of all the staff at Steeple Grange. I visited for a tooth extraction which was close to a sinus hence being referred by my own practice. The signposting about what was about to happen and what I needed to do after the treatment by the dentist and staff was brilliant. Once I was numbed up the tooth was out within a minute and the whole process was over in 10. The kind of service you want but don't necessarily get elsewhere. Many thanks
