I booked in with daydream cleaning over a month ago for an end of tenancy clean as I was moving to a new property, I found it easy to enquire with them on the website and got quick responses and quickly booked in at an amazing rate. I then received a WhatsApp message a week before my clean to confirm everything and keep me up to date. They made it very easy for us to drop of keys to the estate agent and they kindly went to pick them up so we didn’t have to. The day of the clean was brilliant I was kept informed of what they had done and sent photos throughout the day to show me what they had done and I have to say the flat look completely brand new again it looked amazing made it hard for us to want to leave! Today, four very professional ladies turned up on time, to a property, belonging to an elderly neighbour, who is no longer living there, so is due to be sold soon. The property had been left in a very messy & incredibly smelly state. The ladies got on with their job of cleaning it thoroughly from top to bottom. From the time they entered the property, they knew what each of them had to do and they got on with their jobs. A superb team of people and a company which is clearly managed very efficiently. They work to a very high standard and their work ethic is second to none. I would highly recommend them. The bright and beautiful team gave my 1 bed flat a deep clean including carpets yesterday and I was bowled away by their professionalism and friendliness.
