Dog bed too big for the washing machine so tried here. Staff could not have been more helpful. Bed washed within the hour. When I collected, there was no charge. What fantastic customer service! Many thanks.

I stopped by the paddock wood store at 4:50 the lady in front of me was causing a scene. The lady behind the till ( nicky) was handling getting shouted and swore at very well. This caused the time to now be 5:15/5:20. I needed 2 keys cut nicky still proceeded to do this for me with a huge smile and a lot of help after what she just went through. I wish all customer service was like this in all shops. Credit to the store.
