Booked in sofa clean as since getting a puppy, it had become filthy. The sofa is like new! And the clean was so thorough!!! What came out in the water was so satisfying to see! Would 100% recommend and use again!

I had some upholstery and a rug cleaned recently. Hugo did a good job. Only other comment would be that the drying time mentioned on the information sheet, at least in my case, was inaccurate. The seat and back cushions on the sofas took two days to dry out, the rug three days. Probably wouldn’t have taken so long if the weather had been warmer and I could have kept the windows open.

Hugo was fantastic. Arrived on time and cleaned the carpets to a very high standard. Our new cat had urinated in a couple of areas and he managed to get all the smells and stains out perfectly. Hugo even left me a small bottle of urine cleaner should the cat do it again - which he did about an hour after Hugo left (but that’s another story!). I will definitely use this company again and judging by the cat’s behaviour, that probably won’t be too far into the future!

Shaun arrived early after checking it was ok and got on with the job straight away. It was a very hot day which was great for drying them out quickly! Carpets feel amazingly soft underfoot and look & smell great! Fab job and definitely recommend!
