What a great job Billy did on our living room carpet. We inherited the carpet when we bought our property and it probably has never been properly cleaned before. Instead of a murky cream we have an almost white carpet now. Very happy indeed and would highly recommend Nel's Carpet Cleaning.

We used Nels carpet cleaning today and our carpets look like new! They smell amazing and the service was outstanding! They moved our heavy furniture for us to make sure we got every corner of the carpet cleaned and it didn’t take long at all, the carpets were even dry by the time they left our house. Highly recommend and will be using again!

Nel’s carpet cleaning did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for professional carpet cleaning. I wanted to get rid of dog hair and smell in the house after a tenant moved out and the service did just that! Billy is a great guy and he explained the different steps and machine he was using while on the job. Couldn’t have wished for a better service!

Billy was so knowledgeable and honest when he came to quote. On the day he and his team were efficient, quick and thorough. Really appreciated all the fans they left to speed up drying out the carpets, (hall, stairs and 2 bedrooms), so as to accommodate my frail 92yr old motherinlaw getting back into her room. Billy was honest about how successful he might be with some of the stains, but the results were significantly improved on my attempts and all the carpets looked and smelled great.
