Have used Topspec for years. Richard is 10 out of 10, does such a great job every time and looks after my very old conservatory which needs more care and attention. I cannot recommend Top spec enough. Lovely team and always a brilliant clean.

Top spec have been cleaning the windows and conservatory at our house for several years. They are reliable and good value for money, and Richard did the usual good job this morning.

Tammy and her colleague have provided deep cleaning and upholstery cleaning for us. Tammy is amazing, her eye for detail is excellent. Tammy’s whole operation is highly professional, polite and efficient. I cannot reccomend Tammy, and Sparkles highly enough. Both services we have had have been completed to a very high standard, Tammy and her team worked very diligently around all manor of inconveniences such as dogs barking at them, objects to work around and tough limescale build up. I also appreciated the excellent time keeping and fast responses via email, thorough invoices and that the team came with all their own professional equipment. A real results driven service!

Very friendly and professional. Sofas and rugs lovely and clean afterwards. Noticed part of our carpet that we weren’t having cleaned and our door mat were a bit grubby and cleaned them free of charge. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend Mike, great communication, easy to book in with, prompt. Very knowledgeable and listened to what we needed, which was a good clean of very well used carpets (dog as a puppy had had accidents and cats. Carpets were given a great clean with professional equipment and chemicals and deodorised. We are delighted with the results and will definitely keep on top of our carpets by booking in at least yearly with Mike. Thank you for the great job, it’s made a huge difference to us. Mike was friendly and did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets and sofa. He took extra time to get some tough water marks out of my sofa and now it looks brand new again!! Couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Before and after pics attached!

Would highly recommend. I rang Mike first thing in the morning regarding a carpet stain and he was round to have a look a couple of hours later. Unfortunately it was determined the stain couldn’t be removed but he had a go and didn’t charge anything for a call out fee or for his advice. Will be coming back if we ever need anything else in future!

I was told i needed to re roof following various problems. I was introduced to Restorative Property who came up with a very effective solution by cleaning the roof. It was quick, efficient and it deals with all the issues. Moss growth is underestimated and I recommend everyone consider this rather than being told the only solution is to re roof.

I was recommended by a friend to the services if this business. I was impressed with the systems they use. My grade 2 listed barn needed careful work to clean the roof which was heavy with moss. In 2 days the team using lifting gear brought my home back to it's former glory. They even repaired missing and broken tiles and cleaned the gutters. Great value and they did what they promised.

We had recently bought a 40 year+ old bungalow which had not had any TLC for all this while. While we practically changed the entire interiors - the exterior walls and roof also needed a thorough scrub. We decided to call Jonathan/George for the job - as it needed restorative kind of work not just simple moss removal. The work took 5 days instead of their earlier estimate of 2 days. They did not leave any stone unturned to get the final output - despite so many hurdles faced by them. Did a wonderful job of cleaning and removing debris and moss build-up on the roof and walls of our late Victorian house. Inspection revealed a number of broken and loose tiles which they replaced for a very reasonable fee. CPC came to clean 2 of our carpets and the hallway last week. Csaba was very professional, friendly and thorough and we are very happy with the result. He also did a carpet for a friend the same day and she too was very pleased. We can completely recommend him.

I found Cleaning Project Company by chance on Google. Csaba visited our home today to clean carpets, a rug and also a sofa using lots of professional equipment. Gareth made my grotty moss covered old stone walls look like new. He just got on with it. Cleared up and tidied up really well. Would recommend him and his services.

Gareth has just transformed our house in the matter of one day. Cream render and white guttering which was looking very grubby indeed is now pristine and the house looks amazing. It's a period house, and he was very careful as he worked. He went above and beyond and I am so pleased. He was also great to deal with - very quick to respond to queries, courteous and left everything neat and tidy. I can't recommend him enough.
