We recently purchased a property built in the early '90s and by all appearances the roof had never been cleaned and there was quite a profusion of moss spoiling the curb appeal. I got a few quotes for a thorough roof clean and gutter clearance and DixeyClean came in the lowest so I went with them. The communication from their office was good throughout and the three-man crew who attended to the job were courteous and professional and they went the extra mile by returning to clean a couple of areas they had trouble reaching on the first day. John and Dylan arrived exactly on time & worked tirelessly cleaning the gutters, soffits & down pipes, removing leaves from & cleaning a carport inside & out & the same with a polycarbonate roof over a garden side room. The terrace and decks were powerwashed & treated & now look like new again which was beyond my best expectations. The guys were professional, polite & friendly & a pleasure to have working here, they did a tremendous job that I am delighted with having given me back a house/terrace to be proud of. Just want to say how impressed I was with the results of the clean – genuinely did not expect the results to be as good as they were! So much so that I hadn’t took any before and after photographs, fortunately the company did! Myself and three other neighbours had our roofs cleaned and sealed. I would like to say from the first phone call that I had with Richard he was very thorough and very professional. He explained everything to me also when I decided to go with Dixie clean he sent all certificates over of the staff and health and safety etc. the lads turned up on time and they were very polite and well mannered. they also made sure that all the other neighbours were Aware of what they were doing and any mess that was made would be cleaned afterwards, including their windows gardens paths etc. we couldn’t of asked for a better service. They made sure that everything was covered in surrounding areas and protected also health and safety guidelines were followed. Also from the start of the job to the finish of the job they explained what they were doing as they went along they done an amazing job on the roofs.. They look as if they’re brand-new. Also the cleanup was amazing. They washed everybody’s windows conservatories walls, doors, paths, even the neighbours that hadn’t had the job done they made sure that the windows and gardens were clean. all the neighbours comment on how good they were also I would definitely recommend to have the smart seal put on the roof. and last of all I would definitely recommend Dixie clean.

Have used Topspec for years. Richard is 10 out of 10, does such a great job every time and looks after my very old conservatory which needs more care and attention. I cannot recommend Top spec enough. Lovely team and always a brilliant clean.

Neil came to our mobile home and did a very thorough job cleaning the gutters, fascia and windows. We had moved in just a month ago and doubted they had ever been cleaned but Neil did the work all on his own and the end result was amazing they look like new. Our cleaner did an amazing job, we had our bathroom and kitchen cleaned, we told her which areas are priority and she did just that. Our bathroom was like new again! And the stains on the kitchen floor are gone! We are very happy with this. It didn’t take long to book the service (within a week) and we found Symone’s communication to be excellent. Inan and his team always do a fabulous job whether it's my windows, rear and front steps or today my decking which was black when they started it now looks so clean bright. He has also done my guttering which now drain away the rain water into the downpipes instead of the garage roof. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Would highly recommend Gareth, he came round and did a fantastic job, cleaned and treated my very neglected block paved driveway that was covered in weeds and moss. Also cleaned my whole house, (cladding, windows, guttering, and fascias) It looks like a different house and new driveway.
