Outstanding end of tenancy clean. Used Anna & Henry Best Cleaning Solution for an end of tenancy clean. Very thorough and professional service, was impressed with how clean the place was and was able to get full tenancy deposit back, which is a great testament to their work. Anna & Henry's provided a really superb, reasonably priced and very attentive service. I had looked at a number of House Cleaners on the Net etc but didn't want to make a permenant and inflexible arrangement as I spend time away from the home. Anna's approach was quite different and she seemed to be able to provide exactly what I needed, with a lovely smile too. The team were very nice people and a pleasure to have in my home. The end of tenancy cleaning service provided was great. The price was very reasonable and Anna was really helpful. Superb deep clean from the lovely ladies at the Soap Opera cleaning company. In just over 2 hours they completely transformed the apartment - skirting boards, cupboards, shelves, windows, fridge, oven - everything is completely spotless, including a thorough shampoo of the carpets. Was very impressed with the deep clean today, particularly in the bathrooms! They got rid of the mould on the ceiling, made the taps sparkling clean and got rid of any stains! The oven was cleaned perfectly and looks brand new. The flat is so much nicer now! I will definitely be booking this company again :)

Fantastic service! Asked for a deep clean with carpet cleaning - and wow, the team really pulled out all the stops! Incredible results from a hard working and lovely team. An amazing team! We booked an end of tenancy clean with them after getting a detailed quote which included all the services we needed and more! The team came in today to clean my sister’s large four bedroom house. She recently had a stroke and the ladies were super patient while she explained what she wanted. Very kind and sweet. To say the house is clean would be an understatement. It is spanking, sparkly shiny clean. They were here 6 hours and went above and beyond. We had a great experience with Zero Dry Time, the team were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Our sofa now looks amazing again and the huge marks have now disappeared. We were really impressed with the carpet cleaning and the heavily used areas look so much better! Everything was dry within a few hours of them leaving.

We bought a new property and found the carpets were quite grubby. We wanted them cleaned before we moved our furniture in so I called Zero Dry Time. Debby was most helpful on the phone. They came out to have a look the same day and fitted us in on Saturday so it would be ready for us to move in. They did an excellent job and no drying time needed! The price was very reasonable too! They moved furniture around without issue and cleaned the carpets to a high standard. It's a couple of weeks on and the carpets still smell lovely and fresh. I highly recommend.

Amanda (AP Cleaning Services) has been cleaning for me now for over 5 years. Initially she was just doing my own house cleaning, but she also does end of tenancy cleans for me as I am a Landlord. I have used a lot of different cleaning companies for end of tenancy cleans in the past and their standards do not match mine! I have had to get them back in to go over areas they have missed, and often they don't pull out furniture, even when I give them a detailed list of what is expected. Amanda knows exactly what needs to be done at the end of tenancy. She pulls out furniture and appliances, cleans out plug holes and always cleans to a high standard. I would highly recommend her and completely trust her coming into my own home and also my rental properties. She goes over and beyond what is expected of her.
