Ralph was recommended to us as the man to go to, and he didn’t disappoint! Our carpets have had years of abuse, red wine spills, soy sauce… They needed some TLC. His gear is top of the line, and with skill the carpet looks as good as the day it was installed. Honestly, I think he might actually be a wizard.

Punctual, very careful with the furniture. He used disposable slippers so as not to dirty the customer's carpet. He had a very civilized language. He asked me if I was satisfied, how the carpet looks?! He left a good clean behind him. I recommend this man, good working and good price.
