Damian came to clean our lounge furniture and did a great job. He was punctual, friendly and quick and provided us with information about the drying process (only 24 hours). We had our rug cleaned at the same time, and what a difference this made. I was planning on replacing it and now that will not be needed. I would highly recommend the Smile service and would commend the company for receptive and friendly communication.

After reading good reviews about Smile Carpet Cleaning Services. I picked up the phone for a quote to have my Bedroom, Stairs, Landing and Through Down Stairs Lounge carpets cleaned. My call was greeted professionally and a quote provided . Impressed I went ahead and booked. I was advised by text of my confirmation booking and Mark kept in contact to advise he would be with us at 9am. I couldn't believe it was all pumped in and distributed back out with equipment direct from their van using none of our water nor electricity. What a great friendly very efficient gent he is. Nothing too much trouble,furniture moved by him, no mess left behind I was worried with it being a 3D carpet it wouldnt clean well and I am blown away by the results of not just the lounge but my Stairs landing and bedrooms carpets are INCREDIBLY OUTSTANDING FULLY RECOMMEND.

Great service. Was able to discuss all the different packages and prices beforehand with no pressure and booked in quickly for the same week. Great communication to prepare for the clean then speedy and excellent service. One sofa had visible staining all over and this has practically disappeared. Had 3 sofas cleaned and would use again thank you!

Recommended smile carpet cleaning. Professional and good communication, had a issue with the appt but got us booked in a few days later which wasn't too big of an issue. Our lounge carpet was partially destroyed by the sofa suppliers with what seemed to be like glue and mud /dirt. The gentlemen who came to clean the carpets did an excellent job. The carpet was cleaned efficiently and quickly. It was left smelling clean and fresh. We emptied the room to make it easier to clean which was a bit of hard work but made it easier in the end. Very much impressed
