We've been using Helpful Home for a couple of years now. We've used other companies before and been let down, but we've never been let down by Helpful Home. We get timeslots for arrival the day of the clean, the staff are all friendly and thorough, their work is excellent and they're very honest and upfront about their fees. They let us know holidays are coming and proactively try to rearrange around them if needed. It takes all the stress away.

I think the big difference I've noticed is that Helpful Home is a proper business. Because they have a number of cleaners on their books, we've never missed a cleaning slot and never been let down at the last minute. They're also incredibly responsive to feedback. We had one occasion where we felt that an area of the house hadn't received a thorough enough clean and we had an immediate response followed by a visit from the cleaning quality manager who reviewed, cleaned and then worked with their team to make sure the service was delivered to the correct standard on subsequent cleans. So far we're really happy - I think there are probably cheaper options out there, but we really value the consistency, ease, punctuality and professionalism of the team.

After finding myself needing more help due to a degenerative illness. I plucked up the courage to call these ladies to ask for help. Don’t be afraid to ask, Nicki & Tess are amazing. They listened and understood. No questions and certainly no judgements. The job they did was second to none as well as organising all my cupboards to help me navigate my way around the kitchen. I couldn’t be more impressed with their work. Such lovely girls as well. So don’t put it off, call them they’ll be happy to help.
