Jeff came last week to do the worktops, my daughter tells me he is the best person that she has worked with, he listens and makes sure that the job is excellent.would highly recommend and will certainly use him again Thank you Jeff for going the extra mile.

Can't recommend these guys highly enough. Lee has come out to us now to repair a balcony, fit an engineered wood floor and replace our front door threshold. Each time, he's been absolutely professional, hardworking and responsive. We've been so pleased with the quality of his work. Lindsey in the office is very responsive to any queries, including any quote changes or invoicing.

Rafa and team worked wonders on my kitchen. They replaced an old work surface with solid oak, fitted a wall cupboard and created a bespoke solution to cover my unsightly boiler pipes. Good communication throughout, adaptable and competitively priced. They took care to keep things clean and tidy too, putting down dust overs and hoovering after finishing the job. I am delighted with the finish and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Rafa fitted a built in wardrobe in my bedroom he helped me design what I had in mind, and built the wardrobe and spray painted the doors to the exact paint colour we wanted. Used Dwayne to construct a traditional three pitched roof, he did the complete job from start to finish and did an excellent job. Highly recommend him.

I had Dwayne and his crew to install Loft Hatch & Board Loft. The Hatch was a large one, with three layers of ceiling Plaster Board to cut through, which took awhile to cut through plus didn't do the saw much good also, but Dwayne persevered and won through, they worked hard and put down all protective covering which took most of the day, had to come back to do edging and loft light, good quality work & reasonable price, hope to use again if need more work to be done, really pleased.

Dwayne is an excellent human being and his work was excellent too. His team was excellent too especially Neil. We had a double lift dormer loft conversion and all the work start to finish was handled by Dwayne and his team. I suffer from a health condition so needed someone reliable and trustworthy who was transparent as I was not able to see and supervise the work. All I can say is the job is completed now and it is of a high quality and we are happy with it. The price was excellent, The workmanship was excellent and Dwayne and Neil were excellent too. I would highly recommend anyone who is in a need of loft or roof conversion or bathroom installation they are excellent. Once again thanks for the work guys much appreciated Top Marks.

Phil has recently completed the most beautiful set of 4 fitted bookcases with cupboards below and a cupboard across the bay window. We are thrilled! Phil developed a design based on our basic needs and the finished effect is amazing: he has such good aesthetic sense and attention to detail. He is tidy and considerate and goes the extra mile: he offered to do our skirting boards too so that the fit with the cupboards is immaculate. Would definitely ask Phil back. And a thoroughly nice man as well as being a highly talented professional; a great experience! (Will add photos later)

Phil fitted some stunning alcove cabinets in our hallway. We are over the mood with the work. Phil was punctual and reliable and the finish is wonderful. Could not be happier. He's coming back next year to do some more work for us....!!!!

I cannot recommend Philip enough from start to finish for fitting my entire kitchen. When Philip first came to look at my house and when we first met, he was on time and an extremely nice genuine person. He made lots of ideas and suggestions to improve on my plans using his knowledge and experiences. Although I had a fairly large kitchen, I was actually on a tight budget. Philip’s quote arrived on time and was "extremely" favourable in comparison to two other quotes I received. He took great care to protect my new oak floor. Each day the house was left clean and tidy. He was extremely reliable and 100% trustworthy. Philips attention to detail was excellent and I couldn't fault anything he did. My entire kitchen looks STUNNING ! And to say I am delighted with him workmanship is an understatement. As soon as I have saved up, I would like Philip to return and make me a treehouse and other projects.....he is that good....

If you’re thinking of having Phil undertake carpentry at your house please do not hesitate. He is a consummate professional, excellent at his craft and on top of that a really friendly bloke. We wanted a bespoke staircase fitted in our home, modelled on the original 1960s open tread staircase, and Phil did an excellent job (see photos). He worked so hard to make the staircase practical and beautiful and we have had so many comments on how beautiful it is. We would happily use Phil again and recommend him to friends and family.

Dave and his team have done an incredible job on our dormer loft conversion and a couple of additional smaller jobs. We’ve been very impressed with the high standard of work and attention to detail shown throughout. The communication was great before the job even started and through the whole job, we were always kept in the loop. Our existing space had a lot of issues which were encountered early-on, but Dave was able to update the plans on the fly to come up with a good end result. We can’t recommend Prestidge Building and Carpentry enough and we won’t hesitate to get in contact again for future jobs. Many thanks to Dave and the team.

Turned a dark and chilly attic into a sunny bedroom with en suite. Very happy. Further to that Dave and his guys turned up in time and did the whole job within the timescale, agreed, creating as little mess as possible during the process.

Dave and the team did our dormer loft conversion. From the moment Dave came to quote, he was thorough and resolved issues quickly as they arose. During the work, everything was communicated and the team always went the extra mile! The clean up at the end of every day was second to none which we definitely appreciated with two small children. Excellent service from Rubien today, had to have an emergency call out to fix the front door, after sending him a quick video of the problem, he gave me a quote. When doing the job, he found it to be a bigger job than expected and said it may cost more. After several attempts of fixing it, he eventually succeeded and still only charged me the original quote. From the initial consultation where they listened attentively to our ideas and requirements and tailored the design specifically to our needs, to the delivery and install.
