We had 2 doors that we wanted replacing. Both wooden. In the end we had 5 quotes for them and the experience was mixed. 2 quotes came and we're very slimy. They had "on the day" pricing, calls to their managers, discussions with me with the phone still held to their ears. We had one quote where they looked at my pictures I had taken and sent a price by Email just in the text of the email. And then we had 2 good quotes where someone came to our house, did a quick quote, left some info, and left us to our day. Neil was one of these and it was a breath of fresh air after the previous 3 disasters. In the end Neil was marginally cheaper, so we went with him and are so glad we did. Right from the start he offered simple, quick communication, fair pricing, no sales talk. We agreed a date and he turned up on time, did the job quickly, cleaned up after his work, and gave us a few days to make sure we were happy before sending over the invoice. He was excellent and I cannot recommend him enough!

Helped me to open a broken internal door with advice, which saved me money and cost him time. Really helpful and a kind, decent act. Would definitely recommend and trust to use in the future. Thank you.

Just had our second job completed by Neil he has fitted four oak doors for us which look absolutely lovely really pleased with the finished outcome. Earlier this year he replaced our laminate flooring again an excellent job he made it such an easy job when we thought it was going to be horrendous as it is an open plan lounge and kitchen. He works so hard to please the customer his work ethic is second to none very clean and tidy whilst working turns up exactly when he says he will and is very fair and reasonably priced. Pleasure to have in our home.
