Excellent service from Rubien today, had to have an emergency call out to fix the front door, after sending him a quick video of the problem, he gave me a quote. When doing the job, he found it to be a bigger job than expected and said it may cost more. After several attempts of fixing it, he eventually succeeded and still only charged me the original quote. So polite, professional and fast, all on a Sunday afternoon, thank you Rubien, highly recommend your company

guys did a great job on our mid century house with quirky 1960s original design that was very neglected. fixed our very squeaky staircase which another team failed to fix. Was also delighted with the reconstruction of an unusual slate and wood original feature matching exactly areas that were undamaged. very considerate, knowledgeable and hard working dudes and I would say great value too.

Rafa and team worked wonders on my kitchen. They replaced an old work surface with solid oak, fitted a wall cupboard and created a bespoke solution to cover my unsightly boiler pipes. Good communication throughout, adaptable and competitively priced. They took care to keep things clean and tidy too, putting down dust overs and hoovering after finishing the job. I am delighted with the finish and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I was looking for someone to make me a custom vanity, it became very difficult to find someone, and then I came across drayton bespoke carpentry. I got in touch straight away and was greated by Phil via phone call/email. The communication throughout the process was like no other buisness, i immediately put my project in the hands of Phil due to the passion and pride he has for his job. His prices are fair but extremely well made and good quality ( which is hard to find these days), I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending drayton bespoke carpentry and passing Phils number on. I am truly in love with the furniture he created for me, as he not only made it but he also helped me work out dimensions, materials, ect. Took a huge weight of my shoulders I would 100% recommend.

Phil has recently completed the most beautiful set of 4 fitted bookcases with cupboards below and a cupboard across the bay window. We are thrilled! Phil developed a design based on our basic needs and the finished effect is amazing: he has such good aesthetic sense and attention to detail. He is tidy and considerate and goes the extra mile: he offered to do our skirting boards too so that the fit with the cupboards is immaculate. Would definitely ask Phil back. And a thoroughly nice man as well as being a highly talented professional; a great experience! (Will add photos later)

I cannot recommend Philip enough from start to finish for fitting my entire kitchen. When Philip first came to look at my house and when we first met, he was on time and an extremely nice genuine person. He made lots of ideas and suggestions to improve on my plans using his knowledge and experiences. Although I had a fairly large kitchen, I was actually on a tight budget. Philip’s quote arrived on time and was "extremely" favourable in comparison to two other quotes I received. He took great care to protect my new oak floor. Each day the house was left clean and tidy. He was extremely reliable and 100% trustworthy. Philips attention to detail was excellent and I couldn't fault anything he did. My entire kitchen looks STUNNING ! And to say I am delighted with him workmanship is an understatement. As soon as I have saved up, I would like Philip to return and make me a treehouse and other projects.....he is that good....

Scott has played a very important role in our home renovation project! We've done everything from changing the windows to outside cladding, indoor carpentry and plastering etc. Absolutely impeccable craftsmanship from Scott, cannot fault a single thing he's touched! We get so many compliments on our house from passer-bys these days and it is hugely thanks to him! Scott is an honest tradesman who takes time to understand what needs to be done, but he's also got a wealth of experience and is happy to suggest ways things should be done, too. Scott also helped to recommended other tradesmen for the work that he can't do himself. Let me tell you, every person that he recommended has done well! So as long as we live in Sutton Coldfield, we'll be going back to Scott if anything else needs doing. PS: To the person who's left one star review. Sorry you missed on having Scott doing some work on your house! He really is very busy and when your quote slipped through, he was very busy with all that work that was being done on our house. This, however, shouldn't warrant a one star review, as it isn't a reflection of Scott's actual craftsmanship, which what these reviews should be about! Thanks!

Scott came to do some panelling, build a bespoke cupboard and fit a ceiling rose. His workmanship is excellent. My living room is transformed! He listened to exactly what I wanted, was incredibly reliable and communicated well. He even worked late until the job was done! Wonderful service! I would definitely recommend him and his company.

Would recommend using Scott, searched through quite a few carpenters on google before deciding to use his services. I was not disappointed with the result and his workmanship, a tidy and friendly contractor, who kept me informed throughout the build and helped me out with additional jobs around the house at no extra hassle.

We recently had our staircase refurbished with oak spindles and a feature bottom step, and 16 internal doors replaced with oak doors. We could not have come across three nicer guys as Adam, Tom and Cameron who did a job beyond are expectations. Excellent in their trade, very tidy in their work and cleared up every night. Chet re-fitted two doors for us that had not fitted for some time. He arrived on time and completed the job with the minimum of fuss, he was also very tidy and managed not to leave any wood chippings behind. We would use him again.

Dani is trustworthy and honest gentlemen and has a hardworking and polite team. I recently part project managed an extensive kitchen renovation, extension and garage conversion on behalf of my mother. Choosing the right builder is stressful but we do not regret choosing this one. Reliable and turns up when he/they should. What I appreciated about Dani was he shares his ideas and experience but he was also respectful of my preferences and needs (and I had many specific ones!). Having grown up in this same house, the transformation is astonishing. I was really keen to pack in new insulation wherever possible and the team helped me add additional instructions to the build as situations arose. This flexibility and good prices was such a relief and made the project much more smooth. I also liked the team, because they were respectful, worked long hours and were good at what they did. Wayne has helped us with a number of home renovation projects from bathrooms, to bedrooms, to kitchens and even external rendering. Every job has been of the highest standard. Additionally, Wayne is a personable, knowledgeable and highly skilled individual. At every turn there were problems, but they were resolved with Wayne’s usual calm and thorough approach and, nothing was too much trouble. Wayne refurbished my bathroom six months ago and it is absolutely amazing. Even before starting the project, he assisted in providing paperwork for the leasehold license of alteration. He completed the work swiftly and immaculately. The original toilet, washbasin and bath were removed and replaced accordingly, with a large step-in shower installed in the bath footprint. A new heated rail and extractor, plus a heated and lighted vanity mirror/cabinet complete the room perfectly. The room is so easy to keep clean as the wall-flushed mounting of the toilet and washbasin has created more room in what is a small area within the ground floor apartment. Wayne is always available for any matters, however trivial, and I would highly recommend him for any home improvements.
