We were happy with the work carried out by Chet. He was very respectful of our home and tidied up after himself leaving. The work was completed to a high standard and was completed in the agreed timescale and budget agreed. Highly recommended.

Chet has just finished 5 doors at our home. It’s an older place where nothing is straight or simple. His attention to detail and care in fitting the doors was exemplary. Chet has done a great job for me. I needed cupboard shelving to be removed and rebuilt to enable some damp treatment. I was really impressed by his reliability- he came exactly when he promised to and kept me fully up to date with his communications. I am happy to recommend him.

Chet re-fitted two doors for us that had not fitted for some time. He arrived on time and completed the job with the minimum of fuss, he was also very tidy and managed not to leave any wood chippings behind. We would use him again.

Oz has done several jobs for us including a new garden gate, putting up a picture rail and fixing some doors that were sticking or the handles didn't work. His work is always solid and high quality, would highly recommend.

If you’re thinking of having Phil undertake carpentry at your house please do not hesitate. He is a consummate professional, excellent at his craft and on top of that a really friendly bloke. We wanted a bespoke staircase fitted in our home, modelled on the original 1960s open tread staircase, and Phil did an excellent job (see photos). He worked so hard to make the staircase practical and beautiful and we have had so many comments on how beautiful it is. We would happily use Phil again and recommend him to friends and family.

Phil has recently completed the most beautiful set of 4 fitted bookcases with cupboards below and a cupboard across the bay window. We are thrilled! Phil developed a design based on our basic needs and the finished effect is amazing: he has such good aesthetic sense and attention to detail. He is tidy and considerate and goes the extra mile: he offered to do our skirting boards too so that the fit with the cupboards is immaculate. Would definitely ask Phil back. And a thoroughly nice man as well as being a highly talented professional; a great experience! (Will add photos later)

I was looking for someone to make me a custom vanity, it became very difficult to find someone, and then I came across drayton bespoke carpentry. I got in touch straight away and was greated by Phil via phone call/email. The communication throughout the process was like no other buisness, i immediately put my project in the hands of Phil due to the passion and pride he has for his job. His prices are fair but extremely well made and good quality ( which is hard to find these days), I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending drayton bespoke carpentry and passing Phils number on. I am truly in love with the furniture he created for me, as he not only made it but he also helped me work out dimensions, materials, ect. Took a huge weight of my shoulders I would 100% recommend.

Caine and his team have recently completed a renovation to our house, removing a suspended ceiling, rerouted pipe work, overhauled electrics, installed a new ceiling and plastered to an extremely high standard. The level of workmanship was outstanding, each day site was left clean and tidy, all tools neatly stacked safely. Given the work we had done, mess was minimal. It's not easy to find a builder who is as trustworthy, polite and reliable as Caine and his team. Any obstacles that Caine came across during the renovation were tackled with great solutions and ideas. To coin his phrase... Solutions not problems! Even after the renovation has been completed, we keep in touch. We would highly recommend his services and we will certainly be using Caine and his team again for any future work! We had spoken to a few construction companies in regards to our extension but none of them came across like Caine at Rightlook did. From the very beginning he was onboard with our plans, gave us advice, quick to respond to us and extremely accommodating. His approach was very honest and reassuring which was a big factor seeing as we had never undertaken a project like this before. Since day one, the project was managed, delivery of materials was always onetime, the site left tidy at the end of each day and the schedule of works met. All the people that Rightlook work with (staff and contractors) were of a high standard, had great attention to detail and despite different tradesmen coming in throughout the project, it felt as if they cared about our project just as much as Caine & the team did. Not that there were many at all but whenever there was an issue Caine resolved it and he always accommodated to our wants and needs. I would highly recommend Rightlook to anyone whether it be a small or large project.

I cannot recommend Caine highly enough. He is the politest, hardest working, and tidiest builder I have ever met. We always knew that the renovation work we were undertaking was going to throw up some surprises, but Caine was able to deal with them all. Since we didn't know the full extent of the problems before he started, he was very helpful in giving a range of prices, depending on what might need doing (although reality was far worse than any of us expected). He fully consulted with us each time we found a new problem, and kept us informed on what was happening. I hope to get Caine back to do the next phase of work on my property, sometime next year.

Caine was brilliant! We have an old house and much of the woodwork needed fixing. Caine has replaced both functional and decorative pieces with enormous skill (he rebuilt the decorative apex in the photo completely). He has high standards and won't rest until it's right. Definitely recommend.

Excellent craftsmanship. We were thrilled with the large bespoke bookcase, headboards and door handles that Calvin crafted for us. He and Sam were punctual, polite, friendly and functioned in a tidy and clean environment throughout. I would highly recommend them. We have already rebooked them for some extra work.

Having used Calvin over the last few years for various bathroom and ensuite projects, I must say his work approach is excellent, his attention to detail is fantastic he doesn’t rush to get the job done he ensures that everything is done correctly. We hired Calvin to complete a large single storey extension and could not be more pleased with both the work carried out and the management of the job. Calvin organised all of the separate contractors, lieased with building control and our architect to ensure the work was complete to both a very high standard and to our specification. Throughout the job we were kept in the loop in terms of timeframe and next steps where again Calvin was excellent. We made a few changes to plans based on some of his recommendations which have proved to be perfect. He was also very accommodating in some of the changes we requested for example adding an additional sky light and patio area. In addition to this, the job was significantly delayed (through no fault of Calvin and team) where there was an issue with a sewer that the water company did not know was there. This meant going back to the architect and Severn Trent and consequently changing plans. Calvin managed all of this taking the stress off our hands keeping us informed and the job running. All this being said, where Calvin really shines is in the quality of his work which is flawless. We would highly recommend Calvin and Sam - they even managed to win over our dog!

Brian has done a fantastic job on my new front door! He has been wonderful at after instalation care coming back with no hesitation to adjust to get it perfect. I used him 8 years ago at my old house to replace a door. I will continue to use him for all my carpentry as I can trust him.

Brian and his team carried out a lot of work for us (repainting, woodwork, garden improvement, fixed gates). The work was done to a very high standard, quickly, and with a friendly, efficient manner. Prices were great, and above all very good value for money. We'd use him again without any doubt at all.

My mother desperately needed some laminate flooring tided up after having a radiator moved in preparation for a stair lift to be fitted. We rang up Brian and explained we needed the flooring put down within a few days before the stair lift could be fitted. Brian was very helpful and came the next day to have a look. He then returned the following day and done the job for us. He also repaired our back door that had dropped and fitted us some window and door locks. Highly recommended. Would use again..
